Impossible to get them to stop sending you so many messages that you don't want. No way to delete app when you don't want it anymore. Biggest mistake I ever made was when I installed this and now you can't uninstall it
Very useful municipal communication app! Would prefer that new users are asked to select the communities they want to hear from, rather than defaulting to all nearby communities.
I like the idea of the app but must be my municipality doesn't use it. We have major road work and also infrastructure for fiber optic network being installed underground and no notifications whatsoever.
I like being informed about what's going on It's good to have a community calendar available. It's customizable to give exactly what you want.

I'm not getting any notifications or news, and I've had this for 3 days already. Am I doing something wrong? I have like 9 places selected around me
Works great to keep me up to date
According to your application, someone is using my name to access an account I never created. Screen prints have been sent to the state attorney office. FIX YOUR HOUSE, BOZO.
App wont let me enter my address. I can't even say how the app works.
It's nice to know what is happening in my town and surrounding areas. Whether it is an emergency or recreational.

Informative and timely
Could be good, but too basic - not enough user settings. You either get all alerts or none. Can't pick just emergencies or by category (e.g. events, infrastructure, weather, etc). Get multiple notifications per day, but on the notifications tab, you only see the previous month, so if you dismissed it, it is hard to find again.
