Evertytime I try to send it tells me error. I have called for assistance but still no help
Horrible App to use almost a month and not able to send money. Promised by customer care it will work in 2 weeks but it's more than a month now. Stay away from it
on point and most helpful customer service. Brian I appreciated your immediate feedback...I mean talking to a person not a machine was a great deal.
Their system is weak and outdated. .. so many processes.
Some states are included am in Texas but can't find it there
I like the convenience that this app offers when sending money to accounts in banks that are not available within other apps. I would definitely recommend this app to other people. However, one bug that I noticed that needs fixing is that the app will not let you send money to multiple accounts in a bank owned by the same person who has the same phone number. It forces one to enter a different phone number for each account you're sending money to.
Good rates as well than similar apps
Every time I try uploading my debit card, the program freezes on me. Is there a fix to that? Or, a better question still; has this system worked for anyone yet? Galaxy S6

I am so glad; Being able to pay bills really cuts the pain of sending money and following up to ensure bills were paid. Unlike Wave the exchange rates here are good. Are you a Kenyan company?
I have always thought Indiana is a state in USA
Every time I try to put in my debit card info, it freezes & when am about to submit it logs me out....any fixes??
The sign up page does not have Texas in the list of states, and more. So we people of Texas can't sign up, and also you've locked out more than 25000 Kenyans living here in getting this service.
Promising but keeps on asking & persists for an update every time I try to log in until I'm forced to shut my phone down.
HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY! Created an account about 2 weeks ago, made a small transfer just to test their services only to tell me cannot send money and need to contact customer support. Did so and no response until now. And already charged my card!!!! This is a typical company known to steal ID documents from innocent clients. Wish i could rate -ve. I repeat, STAY AWAY. Try wave or Simba pay. Far much better service & customer care.
Not good at all. Cannot remit anywhere. Keeps giving error message when trying to send money.
Worst app ever customer's service is no help. Sent money to the wrong person and they wouldn't give reverse the funds. HOPELESS APP!!!!! Stick with wave

Can't even sign up....smh! They claim to send an email for verification..which they dont..hv tried three times in 2 days....
Yet to use it
Its been 6 days now and still have not received my money. Was told to wait 2-3 days now its 6 days and still nothing + emails are not replied and phone keeps sitting on hold. Not happy and needed the money urgently for medical purposes.
