01-01-2022 WE ARE STILL LOVIN' THIS APP 🌟 IT'S QUITE POSSIBLY BESTEST APP I HAVE TO DATE‼️ only can speak for myself and my fiancee & some of my friends. We all really are quite happy with this way to keep up with usage by day, or week, month or year and you can also check last year as well!! I kinda make a bit of a game - (weather permitting lol) of keeping the kilowatt usage down, trying to beat each day/wk 🤑 It's helpful, and pretty effiicecint! Thank you for your service 😁🐣

Everything's look great except charts for usage. The scale is inconsistent, one chart starts from 10kwh than other starts from 0 or 15kwh. Thus, I can't visually compare my usage by sliding charts from one to another. Would be great if devs could fix it.

App has alway worked well and still seems to but i cannot log in with fingerprint anymore. Not sure why. The bio-metric sign-in option is checked but does not work anymore. Hopefully yall bring that feature back or fix it please.

While I wish I was paying less for electric the app is great. I can always pay my bill and see my usage.

A very useful app to guage daily usuage. It would be nice if the chart include the aggregate total (number) for that chart.

It doesn't let me log in.. Always get the invalid password message.. Same credentials used online work with no issues...

Aside from being the worst utility I have ever dealt with...this app is attrocious. The app itself has graphs and an interface from 1980. For prepaid, the daily rate change dramatically, which even customer service can't explain. The kw are consistent but the $ among fluctuates dramatically. YoY checking is useless. Last power outage had poor updates. Overall, provides little value.

Doesn't work on Note 8. Tried several times to access says email and password invalid. Even attempted to register with account number and it also states invalid. I almost didn't download after reading bad reviews but thought I'd give it a shot because there were several replies stating problems were fixed. But evidently not. Uninstalled 2 minutes after installing.

I dont know about some of the other reviews but on my verizon LG G5 running latest firmware it works Great. Sawnee keeps you informed very well about any situations in their service that they have been made aware of. Bill pay, charts etc. work very well. As often as Google tweaks or changes Flavors of android; If there is an issue with the app i feel they do a good job at working on it and patching it in a timely manner. Thank you much.

This app has never worked. I created a log in. Now every time I go to log in it gives me an error message "records do not match what we have on file" Try to reset my password or username and I get the same message.

App hasn't worked properly for several months. Can't view usage, only the temperature on the graph. No historical usage available either. But no issues making payment. Easy to understand the company's priority with this app.

Only thing i can do is make a payment ,Well ,was fine till 2 weeks ago ,now I can't load my daily usage ,need some work ,I contact them to ask about it ,they said was fine was my equipment

This app the the same as Smart Hub and gas the same issues. Swanee EMC / Smart Hub development, please figure out how to make daily and hourly statistics work reliability.

When trying to see billing alerts it keeps giving error undefined. Also will not load the useage graphs. I'm using a Galaxy note 5 on Verizon network.
