0/10. Can not recommend. They just shut down their turbo trades. I can't even rebalance them anymore. I hear a lot of excuses but the fact remains: I can still buy them at other platforms.

The app is ok-ish, but the bank itself is awful. Overall, it's expensive, with a lot of not obvious but very high fees. Execution is sloppy and you can't really trust their prices. Customer support is slow, and definitely lacks the necessary competencies to promptly address the normal issues a trader can have. I strongly suggest to avoid this bank, as it'possible to get better services at much cheaper prices elsewhere.

I'd a mixed experience with Saxo. I'd a great telephone response but it wouldn take a transfer from my credit card. I was told it needed to be a bank transfer, yet the app has the credit card option . I don't trade on saxo. I know people who love it, the delay in sending money, waiting for it to clear compared to some of the instant transactions I experience with other means I haven't used it. It's a pity as the app looks great and has some great tools. It will suit others.

It's shame I have to give such a low rating, but there are plenty of things they could improve, yet there seem to be very little progress or development going on whatsoever. I feel that the app could have had a bit more user-friendly interface. For some unexplainable reason SaxoInvestor - which has a lot better interface - is not available outside Denmark. Why is that? Apart from that the support seem to be non existent. In most cases it takes weeks to get a response from them. Lots to improve!

The app design and content are great. It is easy to use and the support team are kind and responsive when you need them. The only drawback is that the app crashes or logs me off every time when I have it open, switch to another app and switch back to SaxoTraderGo. For me, it would be 5/5 when this gets fixed.

I am completely satisfied. I use it daily and have never had any major problems. * I just saw that there are a lot of very bad reviews here. I can't understand that at all. This software is very complex and nobody can understand so many functions in a few hours. It took me some time to understand everything and to find everything. This is the case with any complex software. I think people who give a bad review about lack of usability after a few minutes shouldn't be using professional SW.

Awful design. The news overview alone, a list of headings with no meaningful information, e.g. "Beursblik: berenbe...". Might as well not have it! The app bombards you with information, lets you customize it somewhat but in the end it just feels like the website squeezed into an app

I find it hard to fully recommend this app even though when it works it is fine. Whenever you login there are always long delays that you simply don't get in a mobile chrome browser. What is reason for that? Only thing convenient is fingerprint or face login. Hope to see further improvements ASAP.

Took a bit to get used to, but now I can really appreciate the slick UI and great performance. Wide range of products and their support replied in a timely manner the few times I had questions. Also never had any problems with outages which is a huge relieve

The data is overwhelming on a small screen. A better UI can fix it. Also, if you can show the 'Total P/L', that would be helpful, like on your website. Right now, I am forced to manually add my profit/loss for each stock.

Has your app crashed? Can load it up or log in? Wass up guys?

Very poor customer service. Agents are lacking basic communication skills, no feedback regarding an issue I've had for 4 weeks. Not sure if the issue stems from lack of training or lack of experience. You would expect much better from an "international " online banking platform.

One of the best features of this app for me is that you can easily manage open orders and positions. That was good. Sometimes there were unexplained changes to your margin requirements though, I had to contact client support for this.

Everything seems perfect with this platform. However, the loading time is a little bit higher compared to the light platform. But still, it’s hard to eradicate such issues when you offer advanced technical tools.

The new design is useless and you can't see any of your stock data, the old one was better. The new UI can't even fit the most important elements. The app also had to be force restarted every once in a while for login to work.

I’ve used many apps for market watching and news and this app really meets all my needs. It’s reliable and has up to date news within seconds of it being released. It’s covers a broad range of global markets, indexes, futures, commodities, currencies, cryptos etc. It’s also very easy to navigate. Best app I’ve seen yet. Thank Saxo Bank for developing this app!

I have been trading markets part time since 2011. I have interacted with many providers’ websites and apps. I have abandoned many times but not with SaxoTrader GO. It provides very authentic charts and reviews on financial markets. I learned a lot from it. I'm not sure it's a fastest in market timing info but I'm sure It's a great trading app.

To me, this app is all you need to do quick overall market analysis across all asset classes. I'm very surprised this app is free, sure the ads do get annoying from time to time but consider that a very small price to pay in comparison to the value gained. Thanks Saxo Bank so much!

It's a nice platform overall, the fees are quite high if you trade lower volumes, but that has nothing to do with the app quality, so giving it 5 stars. Also, they fixed the 2fa issue, which I'm grateful for.

Don't get started with them! Started out as a good stock trading platform and app. They then changed the stock commission rates, and currency exchange rate and minimum charge without informing customers about it. The conversion rate is really atrocious that I'm going to cash out all stocks and go back to Nordnet. At least the conversion rate with Nordnet is attractive, but the downside is the high commission (saying that at least it's transparent).

One of the best trading apps on the market allows investors to review positions by the second globally and execute trades around the clock. Concurrently Saxo Bank has one of the world's most outstanding teams of investment advisors. This while they charge a very reasonable fee for their services. I would rank them easily A plus or 5 star for the overall package and proudly recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you very much and have a great day.

hi it doesn't allow to connect call /contact center. I have been trying to reach your agents for months. they don't reply or solve my requests. it is very unprofessional user interface which doesn't allow to communicate with your agents.

Customer service is nonexistent...please do not sign up with them I've been waiting a month to get through to their customer service...they just want you to spend more money to call them and talk to them over the phone. The new updated version of the app also has high load times, and uses a lot of your mobile data

Have to uninstall and reistall the app to get fingerprint login working again. I am an app developer and i know this can be fixed by app developers. update: Your support told me to re-install the app. I re-logged in many times and fingerprint access never worked. i think my password changed and that's why.

SaxoTrader GO is financial and investment app which has high accuracy and reliability. I have been using it for a long time and always believe on its information for my daily financial data needs. The information is easy to find within the app. Good developers and keep up the great work!

With the new Android 10 on Pixel, the app has stopped working and keeps crashing even after reinstalling. The issue is with latest update of Android services WebView. Either you need to update your app or get Google to update its app

I have a problem cannot trade stock/equity option in my demo account. A reminder of "An unexpected error occured" will always appear on the screen when I choose to trade option. It still happen although I have reinstalled the apps. Please solve my problem. Thanks.

Works fine most of the time. Occasionally hangs and loads for ever. Closing and reopening the app seems to fix that. Reasonably intuitive.
