Could you add a notification bar button to rewind the speech back a little? It's unpractical to constantly alt+tab and randomly try to guess where to click on the ambiguous slider. Also the app pretty much lacks configuration, but it successfully handled my requirement of "not making random pauses between paragraphs when the pdf improperly separates lines", unlike other TTS apps that did this wrong. Needless to say, a good TTS app should give users both options :)

Accurate reading and pronunciation. Eases up multi-tasking when you want to reach a document and also finish up some other task at hand.

Vaporware. Has been abondoned. UPDATE: Developer is still around & asked me to email them. So I gave 2 more stars. I assumed it was vaporware since the last update was a year ago. Frankly I find it easier to just select what I want read, copy and have my open source AI assistant read from the clipboard rather than having to press share then choose SayIt to hear a commercial telling me it wants money and then read the whole entire page without any control instead of a selection. Needs more work.

This is a good app. It does what it claims. However a manual or a "how to use" page would have been nice. I am unsure how a webpage can be read with the app. Maybe I am missing something.

It would cool if there was a basic text box to type in for quick text to voice without copying and pasting. Also a menu link to the Google settings for the voices would be convenient. Great idea. I'm curious where you go from here with the app.

A cute app. The main problem is the reminder to buy it at every item / article, which makes it only a functional demo and not a full app. Also, even if there is the functionality to read ebooks, it will be a bad idea as there is no useful navigation, an interface made for short Internet articles.

Perhaps I'm not using it correctly or perhaps it's just a limitation of the app itself but I find the stop/start nature of the way it processes a sentence a bit jarring. When a sentence continues on the next line within the ebook, the app will pause the reading just for a split second ruining the flow.

I am not as impressed. the free version is as good as the purchased version, there is nothing different. It does read well but I was expecting more features with the paid version but the app and features still look the same. It was not worth the money

I love it. I would give it 1 start because it does not read a doc if I select it, just keeps loading.... But I am giving it 4 because all you have to do is copy the text in the doc and it will read it that way no problem. If they fix that problem, I will give the full 5. Yes I on the paid version.

I love this app. The only things I miss is faster file loading, easy help with translating for you, and more precise navigation (when you have a 200+ page .pdf, it's quite hard to navigate using the slide bar)

What I would improve: it should pause when the phone receives a call. Instead it continues the speech in the background during the call and I have to pause it manually.

It been very reliable and useful. Thank you. As of 2022 it's still best for my needs

what is speech is accurate but it's a bit clunky for instance it pauses at the end of each line as if it's the end of a sentence and using the native speech engine isn't always the most efficient way to Reed

I love this app, I've had this app for a minimum of 3years now and it comes in very handy!

This Dev's description and photos do not match the content in their actual down loaded free or paid versions. The paid version gives nothing more than a link button to your files. There is no photo depicted dark theme. The via Website Share feature is faulty. They delete my reviews so I screenshot them so I can report it.

This aps somehow skiped some part of the web novel that i share to it. The skipped part is constantly the same (tried it 4 times) I tried using my other TTS reader aps @Aloud it worked normally like it should, but SayIt for some reason doesn't like it and decided to skip 1/5 of the web novel (English Language). But i have to say this aps esthetic is good

OH MY GOD I'VE PRAYED FOR AN APP LIKE THIS!!!!! (all caps cuz of massive excitement!!) I use a super smart AI story writer (called AI dungeon. I highly recommend it!) and have craved a way to have my long novels read to myself to catch typos etc. I have a 13k word novel I pasted into your app AND IT'S READING IT ALL PERFECTLY!!! SIZE DOESN'T MATTER (that's what she said lol. Had to) WITH THIS APP AND I'M SCREAMING!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

It always stops after one page of reading. There are little options to choose from in terms of setting. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE!

I tried working it out with google chrome. immediately said : "this a free version of say it. please consider full version"!!! I tried copy pasting text. it didn't work either! So is the free version for? why this has not been specified?

I love this app I am a disabled person it's difficult to use my hands I just copy the page and The voice start stalking on the page that I copied I had such a difficult time before this app in reading the small print I recommend it to everyone :-)

Hi. I'm just wondering if you can read auto google translated text aloud? If possible can you tell me how. I tried doing it with google chrome android but it seems that it is only reading the text in the original language not in the translated language. Thanks. Hope I'll get a reply soon.

Was about to give it a 5 star rating as it's so handy until I discovered the auto detect can't detect Welsh! The fastest growing language in the UK right now by the way. But otherwise its great! Just share what you want and it'll detect most languages and read it to you.

This is such a wonderful app, it makes reading ebooks, websites, and PDFs a breeze. I have one question, what's the difference between the full paid version and the free version? Does anyone know?

Fantastic! Simple UI, intuitive. Just wish it had cloud TTS support for a higher quality reading.

Could not find anyplace where I would be able to paste the things that I need read aloud. If there isn❜t a simple way for me to paste something, well then I feel that there should be. Because of this omission I wasn❜t able to use the app.
