I bought the first tickt shown to the destination as the train arrived without checking the time. Turns out it was a train 20 minutes later. I had the same issue this morning it did not show the Bus departing minute 41 even I was there minute 39. I had to manualy look for older connections.

Ever since the new Generation of SwissPass cards have been emitted I've been having nightmares as my account and the card on the app simply WON'T synchronise. Despite calling the service and them assuring me that there's no issue on their side, the controllers have an error message about the picture being old whenever they scan my QR code from the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged ou and logged in. NOTHING.

Buggy as hell The Easy Ride feature, on paper one of the best features available, is very buggy. Sometimes it gets stuck in "Calculating" my ride cost and the only thing I can do is uninstall it. It has so much potential but such bad performance.

After the latest update (12.2021) the app became completely useless. The algorithm of finding the route was somehow changed. I use mostly the train connectio Dübendorf-Zürich and now all the proposed routes contain multiple bus and tram changes with no direct train connection. I am 100% sure that 2-3 months ago it wasn't working that pointless.

Unreliable! Let me down when needed to catch the tram. The application gave error "session expired". Than entered in infinite loop, basically immediately after login error appears again and again. Login works in browser. No idea how to fix it.

App okay. No WiFi in trains is a absolute no-go. What a pathetic company. Never experienced that in any other european country. Even the post auto has wi-fi. What a ridiculous company.

Ads in a ticket app? Are you kidding? Two extra stars for making this configurable (off should be the default) plus your support message, which I appreciate.

Used to be great but now refuses to show my usual stop for buses. Very hard to plan a trip when it only shows you half of the stops.

I'm simply love this app, UX is nice and not too overloaded. Swisspass/accounts are not perfect but I don't see that as a app problem

Works well mostly except for trying to purchase tickets within the app (I always receive error TKZ-520 - "ticket purchase failed. an unknown error has occured"). It would also be nice if one could open the walking route in Google maps since the app does not help with navigation e.g. to the station

results partly nonsensical for basel. I will collect example screenshots over the next weeks then send them to your email. I'll keep it rated 1 star until reasonably fixed. this app worked perfectly but you broke it without noticing it yourselves. 👎

I received an alert that I won't be able to use this app any longer after 15.05.2022 and that I need to install a new one. But when I go into the playstore I cannot find a new one or ht won't update this one. How should do I do it?

T. D. May 13, 2022

So the app tells me I need to update here by 16th May or I'll lose the ability to buy tickets via the app after that date. But then it doesn't let me update

The app has definitely made life back in Switzerland easier. I'm only frustrated that no matter what I do it wont update to the fact that I did not buy the half tax pass again, and so the prices don't update properly. I almost got a ticket and was lucky that the train conductor took the issue as a misunderstanding. Crossing fingers that uninstalling and reinstalling will do the trick because I do love this app!

After downloading it and when using easy ride for the first time. It crashes. Then it crashes after opening on every subsequent time. My current phone is a Google pixel though and it works on my older Samsung A30. Other than that, it's got great features especially easy ride - makes your travel experience seamless! Edit: Bug has been fixed Thank you 😊

cumbersome to start ...but good once everything is up and running. When setting up one's profile (1) one needs to be careful not to close the authentication code entry page and (2) one has to enter payment information before any later purchase. Otherwise payment information is not prompted when attempting a purchase which is a fault. The overall functionality is excellent and one can save a lot of money.

Generally the app has worked well for me and the touch timetable is simply a fantastic quick way to find a connection. Till here you would have gotten 5 stars. However, the app is overloaded and unintuitive in many ways. I haven't yet succeeded in finding out how to buy a bicycle ticket for instance and I have tried many times! Also, there is no way to change the user language, once the app (apparently during installation) has made the decision for you.

And. B. Jul 30, 2021

It's a good app, I'm voting 1 star purely because of their decision to add advertisements which cover 40% of sceenspace to the homepage. The adverts load late meaning I accidentally click on it instead of using the services. Please SBB, keep the advertising to the boards at stations. EDIT: I just found there's a setting to disable the ads, thank you! Changed to 3 stars.

I am frankly surprised of the overall 3.7 stars rating, this app is a real life saver, if you take public transportation in Switzerland. The connections and schedules are always updated, great recommendations on which route to take and if you visit another town and you want to move around there for a day, the app also offers local city passes or tickets for the buses and subways there. It works smoothly for me and honestly it's the best app for public transportation I have ever used.

Yor. C. May 28, 2020

Really frustrating user interface/UX. The developers for sure don't use it on a regular basis. For example the searches are reset and lost each time you reopen the app! Instead they app could just be checking if they are still valid. Also then you have to search in the past or memorize everything. To use SBB mobile you have to struggle with it a lot. In the end I use screenshots so I dont have to redo the searches every time I do a timetable search. This is an aberration.

Would be great to have more intuitive sorting. The connections are sorted by departure, but really, what travelers (like me) are interested in is how to get there fastest. A train/bus that leaves later and gets you there earlier should therefore be listed first. Please implement an option for powerusers... Otherwise, speed has greatly improved over recent years and updates are mostly great, thank you.

This rating reflects how much i despise the latest update to the touch timetable. Before it was just top notch but god knows why they decided to give it a mind of its own and I can't decide buy myself what I want it to show me. Reply to the reply: Well, the issue is that I can't edit anything. When I press the button to do that I get stuck on the option to swipe the area of personalized tiles. I go up and down to change the area but when I press done which is the only other thing I'm able to do I'm back to normal mode and I'm not able to personalize anything.
