SBB Mobile Preview

I would highly appreciate an option to backup and restore the Touch-Timetable between phones. I put a lot of work into the pictures and layout and would love to be able to take that with my phone. Or just make it sync with your swisspass account

Was excellent, now bad! The Nov 2020 update removed all my custom tiles with pictures in the touch timetable, and replaced them with tiles for other places!! And it doesn't seem possible to move or resize the tiles the app decided to put on that screen! And I guess there is no way to go back to the previous version, and no way to get my custom configuration back.

works well. But I still miss the rather basic ability to remember my latest journey when I need to show my swisspass. Either by swisspass in a popup window that can be closed, or to "remember last journey" Saved connections are an improvement, but for me a Swisspass popup would still be the be the solution by far. When you close it you return to were before.

EasyRide is great, but: * Spends a lot of battery in the background, so keeping it active for the whole day isn't possible. * Once battery is low and the saver is on, EasyRide silently shuts down, even mid-ride. * EasyRide doesn't allow to access the QR code for the prior rides, so accessing them in case the app suddenly shut down isn't an option, potentially leading to fines :(

DO NOT USE EASYRIDE IN ZURICH The SBB preview app has "easy ride", a function that advertises itself as able to always optimize your fares when riding transit in Switzerland. However, though not stated anywhere, it does not do so for Zurich trams and buses. I wrote them and they said they are forbidden from selling 24h Zurich fares, and pointed to documentation for an app I hadn't heard of before, fairtiq, that indicates that, but it's not in the documentation for this app nor linked to.

Please allow an increase in the number of departure boards we can add. Currently it is 5 max. I would also like the option to see more than the 5 next trains on each departure board.

The app is OK but the whole SBB ticketing system needs to be overhauled. Furthermore more the ' Halbtax' rail cards that give half price rail fare need to be available to everyone not just people living in Switzerland. The current system ends up being a tax on tourists. Bare in mind bare in mind that the Halbtax can also get you a concession on various Bahn, ski lift and other tourist attractions. Just to clarify we need a 'Halbtax' that we can purchase for a week.

Get an error "Could not establish connection" when trying to load SwissPass Activity. Fix this immediately, I cannot show my swisspass to train staff this way

I am very happy to serve you as a guinea pig for you new features. But...a notification to tell me that the GA display function no longer works costs you nothing and spares me some energy.

Excellent App. Innovative way of finding information. Like it very much.

Awesome! As suggested, I deleted my recurring trips and added it back. This seemed to solve the problem with the delayed notification. Thanks! Would be great to add a search history. As well as some color coding in the search result list. e.g.:connections with a play area have slightly different color than without play area

SwissPass is saved but if controlled it is not value unlike the physical version. Any idea? Solved. Destroying UX with biiig Ads ...... Not a good practice for this kind of app...

It is useless since I can't add the Swiss pass and I can't add the half-fare card. I contacted the customer care and they just told me: ----- As we can see in our system, your SwissPass card is active in your SBB mobile preview app. However, it is not possible to upload the SwissPass card on the SBB standard application. ----- without any further explanation

It even now let's me show my GA or Halbtax.. 1 less card to carry around. All other now classic good features seem to work, and I look forward to track my travel and co2 savings by using trains.

I have installed preview version for using virtual Swiss pass. Even after logging in, my GA is not shown, but somehow it works for my family.

Travel cockpit does not work. This means that you cannot participate in the refund program for the works this summer which cause me 1 hour of additional way to work each day. Please test better before doing such pilot projects. Extremely annoying. GA in app works great by the way

It's a mystery to me how the peron can show a delay of 12 minutes but the app has now idea about it. You guys seriously need to work on that.

The latest feature to show travel cards like GA digitally in the app itself is by far the best addition. Thanks a ton. Keep improving like this. The other new feature like travel cockpit also seems interesting.

The app is way better than the other SBB app. I really like how it matches the way I use the train, especially the travel assistant is amazing! I use the practical notfications and route them directly onto my smartwatch. Seamless change of train guaranteed!

I have to go down to one star. If you disable the ads, the ads appear for 2-3sec and disappear. It looks like one of these bad Chinese app.

Just a shame you can't get your Swiss Travel Pass on it. Shouldn't have to carry a sheet of paper around in a digital age.

It took my money, but said 'ticket purchase failed' and gave no ticket.
