The application have many useful features for you, like :- Dashboard containing summary of your MTD & YTD business- Planner to manage your meetings- Reports to check Policy List, Policy Details, Customer Details, Renewal Due List ,Maturity List etc.- Commission details- Premium Calculator & Product Details- Links to our website to check NAV, Download Forms etc.- News & Updates from SBI Life.
We have integrated the payment acknowledgement module in this release of Smart advisor . Advisor has to select Renewal premium option from the menu they have simply key the policy number and dob of the customer on click button policy details will populate . Once data would populate they have to key cheque or draft details and finally click on submit button. In case of new business they have simply key the proposal number and cheque details and finally click on synch button.

This is good but now a days issue in uploading documents, at the time of uploading documents showing invalid proposal number, developer please chek the issue because user is disturb this time and need size of PDF files till 10MB because documents upload take time reduce and easy going for underwriting for policy issuance.
Unable to login the app. It says I am not an authorised user . Earlier it was working just fine ,now It's ridiculous.

Whenever there is an update it pops up as after all details were filled to login

What sort of nonsense app this is, not working from more than 25 days. Too much of updates to Android app. Each 2-3 days sbilife releasing new updates it is ridiculous and irritating. It is better reduce the frequency of update and give good quality of service.
Today I can't login the apps, (captha can't seen and except it we can't login). What type of updation done when it's not usable. Make this wonderful apps as useless, non supportive, it's harassed to the user. Please do the needful at earliest.
I have iqoo z5 Android V-12. Smart Advisor app is crashes again and again. And now msg is "Smart Advisor" is experiencing crashes. Please Contact "Smart Advisor" Customer service for a solution.
Since three weeks not responding server for recovering my PIN number for login..iam very painful to serve my customers service without Smart advisor .. please rectify the problem.. other wise iam loose my sbilife agency marketing..
Very bad experience. Asking for updates very frequently & without which we're unable to login when we're at customer's place.

Rediculas app, it never works properly, always login and server issues. Because of this app we face some problems when we at customer site. If u wanna build app please build it properly otherwise dont use trial and error method, fix the bugs properly

What's wrong with this app. Every time when I try to log in the server's problem occurs . It was very helpfull for me when it was working smoothly. Please solve the problem as fast as you can.
