It has been showing technical error since a few months now after a patch update. Haven't been able to log in through the app. Have to use the internet explorer to use my portfolio.
Worst experience. What every investor wants to do is quickly see last few transactions and what was NAV and number of units allotted for the SIP that got processed. This basic information is not available, rest all unwanted things will be shown but investor cannot find basic information.
When I open the app it shows technical error (we encountered an unexpected connectivity error - T002. Please try again in sometime.) Since four days.
Overall app is good but everytime I have to use my credentials to login . Please enable biometrics and automatic login .
App not working showing connectivity error T002. Other banking apps working fine. Many times reinstalled but no use.
The worst thing about SBI MF is that when you redeem any amount it will be deducted from invested amount, not the total amount. So, you can't redeem anything because the investment will keep decreasing. You must redeem everything in order to get a satisfactory result. And cusomer service is always the worst. I was told twice that if I redeem 50% of total investment amount, it'll be deducted from investment. The last time I was told that it wasnt true and any amount will be deducted from investment and I must redeem all the money or nothing. This policy isn't written anywhere. 3rd class Service and policy and management.
I have updated the apps & proceed through OTP. Now I am happy to activate the app as before. Really an excellent MF app. Thanks Sbimf Team.
I can not see my portfolio value. I have updated the apps today but still same issue. Resources not available 😢
In the previous version of app we can directly login into app with our fingerprint but now every time we try to login pan number required..
This apps is not starting giving wrong message of unexpected connectivity error No. T002
It is always saying "we have encountered an unexpected error - T002"
With this app. We cant pause our SIP and cant change SIP DATE(modifications) facilities are not given...which is not handy. Quite difficult to manage SIP. Request sbi in next update plz provide modification of date and pause facilities with the app..
Very bad app .. it show Technical error for long time
The wrost app i have ever use. Every time its showing technical error while lopening. If open , it is very rare chance of successfull login. I am very disappointed from this app. Please dont download this app it is waste of time.
The app has recently stopped working, it was just fine before that. Tried re-installing but still same. Getting stuck at the first loading.
App is excellent. But off late it shows internal error T001, not uploading in my android. Uninstalled, even after reinstalling issue has not resolved.
Worst app ever seen.. I have tried several time but not able to login.. It's showing this user I'd does not axist please create new I'd.. And when I'm trying to create new I'd it's showing this users I'd already has been registered. Please try a different I'd. This all literally annoying
Really glad to see the new feature INVESTOR CORNER in app BUT!!! It's not working!! Why?? It shows SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES CLOSE THE APP..? pls fix it asap so we can use new features.
Dear SBIMF Team, Congratulations This app is very good for me and easy to invest in share market. I have a small suggestion if you can please add the funds buy date NAV on this app it's very helpful for people and they can easily know the difference between the buy date NAV and present date NAV while open each fund's Thanks
Worst service you cannot cancel the redem request after raising redemption request. Even in the same day they haven't any option. And your have to remind investap to credit the redem Amount in your account. I redem on 11th of March but not credited till 14 March. Worst service.
The investments made in the latest MultiCap fund offering isn't getting reflected in the Portfolio page in the app though the payment made is successful! Wonder why that's the case!
There is always some error with the app. Even while opening it shows technical error most of the time
Investment corner menu is not working since its addition. Every time it's logged out and shows technical errors. Please fix this issue.
Can't login with Google. "something went wrong. Please try again". Except I've tried a dozen times already. If I give forgot user id and enter my folio number, I get "your account is linked to Gmail. Please click on the Google icon", which as I said doesn't work
App is old modeled nomination details are not online like icici touch . One of worst app server is always down kyc pan uoading tri g from 10 days but not ae to upload. Nomination updation does not consist e sign feature for quick updation.
Very bad... tried direct investment in the nfo multicap on 28th Feb...all seemed OK in the app but today a person calls and says the process failed and my investment is not done what is the point of the app if i cant invest through it and have go to the bank every time i want to invest .BTW the time for investing in the nfo is over and i was informed today
Since last few days I'm unable to open the app. It shows loading for a while, then shows Technical error and closes
All SIPs are not visible under my folio. Even though i updated to latest version. Still not able to see all my investments
Hi Investap App Team, from last one month I am not able to open Investap app at all, after 2-3 minutes of waiting I am getting technical error try again later message, could you please help
Super slow app. After last update working so slow. Does anyone have time to wait 1 minutes till it loads. And no it is not about my phone or network capabilities. Other apps are working great exxeot this app. So maybe they need to overhaul app and interface. And to add some other funds again wait one or two minutes till it opens.😡😡😡
