1. The Customer List could have been as a simple list, where tapping a customer could have shown his /her summary. When we go Back from a Customer's details to Customer List screen, the screen scrolls to the top again again. We have to scroll deep down again. 2. In Search Customer activity, after we view a Customer's details after selecting a customer, when we press back twice to go to home screen, the Search Customer does not work unless we close and restart the app.

This is an awesome app and very useful for the management of mutual fund portfolio. I would like to give a feedback that along with SIP redeem option, SIP "stop and redeem" option should also be there. That would help us save a lot of paper work and time. Many thanks!

It is a good app for maintaining folios of the customers. but from last 2 days, I am unable to initiate transaction in the application and error message is coming as 'No Folios Found'. kindly revert so that it can be done.

Updated the app and it keeps stopping every minute. Could not even login.. Pls roll back to the older version or fix this issue immediately. We use the app everyday to do ekyc but if app happens to be full of bugs how can we do anything with it then...

After updating the application on 14/07/2021, the application isn't opening and a blank screen is appearing. We don't need such ridiculous updates. Just think about our branch situations, when the customer is waiting , and we are stuck with this application. Fix it asap. It's frustrating as a banker.

Madam/Dear Sir, Unable to edit photos while performing e-KYC I have attached the error which occurs, whenever I take the PAN Copy. I am using the device One Plus 8 T mobile, which I newly purchased. Fantastic work. We (SBI Employees) need access to download the statement of the customer's folio instantly and to view it within the app. Initiating new Systematic withdrawal plan, cancellation of SIPs and mandate is much needed. 2FA can be built for it.

Trying to use for the first time it asks for user id and password. Writing the branch code or netbanking user id and net banking password is nor acceptable to SBI Mitra. its very user unfriendly and complicated. Could not use this. Iciciprutouch is far superior and user friendly.

Experience is good, but little bit improvement is required...Date of start of fund and annualized return should be there for better customer experience for detailing returns.Hope my suggestion will be included in next updation..... We get only cosmetic changes in new update, nothing worthful...If give update, kindly try to inculcate advices, and do something new and informatics...

Updated this app to the latest version. 1.7.5. but during login it is showing an error. "you are using an older version of this app. you need to update the app to proceed further"

SIP cancel and redemption power should be given with the app, why, if customer wants emergency wdl then we can intervene, otherwise customer gets his redemption after 7to 10days, sometimes doesn't get it at all, app should have graphical representation of a customer SIP investment, app should show the CAGR instead of overall percentage increase, which is totally misleading, I will persue my suggestions , let's see।

After updating the app the app is not working at all. It is very difficult to serve the customer on time if the situation persist.Rival banks would complete the entire process within half an hour.Sir your app is creating a situation of reputational risk for the bank and this drives the customer away.This in turn creates the stereotype that SBI does not have a better customer service.please work on it.
