Not getting internet (Globe) symbol in 6 month statement section. As it was available in previous version of application. With that Globe symbol we could request statement in email via internet without sending any SMS.
I haven't seen such worst app ever. When i register my account number with my registered mobile number it shows your mobile number is not registered. The worst app I have ever seen. improvement needed.
Very worst app. There is not a symbol of internet (globe) for 6 months statement. Therefore unable to get 6 months e statement on gmail id. And cant get it via sms also. 👎
I can not find any internet option for bank statement under Account Services as per your screenshot and previously i used this option so many times for bank statement.
Dear sir / Madam. I searched particular branch manager contact details but it was wrong. Not updated contact details branch-wise.
The service of the app can be very on date of March 11 I ordered the cheque book the message can ordered it can not be delivered since they can tell since it can not be generated I ordered the app only
Bakwas , so may error on every page multiple navigation you end up with error
Very poor app. Purpose is not fulfilled. If public issues are not resolved what is the use of having so many apps.

The online option for last 6 months transactions pdf has been removed and only the messaging system has been kept.

Sir, the date option is not showing in this, by which we can download the statement of 1 year after doing six months. Pls guide .....

What is the point of a mobile-only app when Yono/Yono Lite would have sufficed? So confusing. Plus it doesn't work - SBI creates all these extra apps assuming everyone's illiterate. And then you don't employ enough server/backend staff to process requests. Have tried twice to activate ATM on this and no go. All I get is temporary Tech server errors. Useless and such a waste of your customers' money! Too many apps.

Good part is the app works as per the description : Shows details only. That's safe for single user; but in multiple hands, that can create interpersonal issues. Even if it's purely informative, a PIN-based applock is desirable in any bank related app. So, some users will rely on 3rd party applocks, I guess. Kindly consider adding a True Dark nongray theme or UI option in next version. Deregistering number before making any changes to app, SIM or Phone might be a good precaution; just a feeling.
Pathetic. It can't even be called an app. It's just a front end for sending SMS. Another example for SBIs inability to adapt to new technology. What you need is just one robust app. Not dozens. There are so many apps and that increases the chance of fraud too ..
Useless App. Asked for balance 3 times today from registered mobile number. Did not receive any reply. Tried the Missed Call option, nobody called back with the info. Asked for Cheque book through this app but did not receive acknowledgement. Will I get a cheque book? As the app is so unresponsive, I am not hopeful.Feedback menu has a complaint option that displays a blank screen.
It was working smoothly but after updating it I cannot check my balance or mini statement with the help of "missed call facility" of this app. Whenever I try to call on this number it says "the service to this number has temporarily disconnected" and it is happening from last month. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
1.The number is always busy. does not get balance on tap most of times. 2. delayed sms delivery(if incase request was succesful). 3. no way to find fd balances. 4. message does not get sent to the number. always tap to resend pops up. 5. unable to send messages from sim 2. no convenience for customer.
App is secure and dependable, compile with most of the banking requirements. With sbi quick, this app provides most secure banking.. I don't need any more app. I think in this race of fraudulent transactions, one may be more confident with this app. with a little precaution.regretted that the app is not responding for ATM switch on/off since two months. shame shame. pl rectify earliest.
waste of time and quite irritating, i installed this app about two months ago. But i have been able to use this app only once. whenever I try to send a msg or call for balance enquiry or mini statement, msg could not be sent, call could not be completed. Few days ago , I tried to contact the CCE at the toll free no. and lodged a complaint, but the CCE told me that there is a problem with the missed call facility, soon it could be resolved, but more than twenty days have passed but the problem sti
Fed up of this app. Worst app I have ever used specially for banking purposes. Most of the times it simply reflecs number is not available yet. Sometimes its an emergency to check your transaction details or to check balance. But you can't rely on them.
The name of the app Quick is appropriate because all work can be done very quickly here whether it is to check the balance or all the transfers statement a few days ago. Also the facility to close the debit card is here & It is possible to change the debit card PIN from here. Lastly, I would like to say that this app is very good for small tasks.
Usually branch manager phone is out of reachable...
Worst app. I installed it get the contract details of my branch. The app was very slow to respond to search the branch. Even after finding the branch it didn't show me the branch contact details. The frustrating part is the customer care is recommending this app
