SBI Smart

I've had more bad experiences than good ones. Web portal is still better and more stable. So far I've had trouble in buy/sell (I've faced financial setback) and then 'Positions' don't list my portfolio status. There's nothing in buy/sell/hold views. Not that we rely much on them but every bit of help is beneficial. We can't bid a past value and can't offer a future value.

the app looks easy to use than the web version at first. but is useless to say the least. shows the live prices if you're lucky enough but mostly freezes. had to check the live prices before trading in another app. the prices in the watchlists overlap . has been using the app from a year and may be received two updates but no improvement in app performance. had to book loss once as the app didn't open showing servor error please try later. sbi cap offers such pathetic app despite charging brokerage which is very high compared to most .

Technically correct but extremely cluttered app. The photos above itself show how many screens and buttons are there. Not at all designed from the user point of view. Usually we open it once in few months. Login screen itself puts you off asking things which you would have forgotten. Finding holdings, their current value and original investment needs umpteen clicks. Unwanted information is there in plenty.

Rating can be definitely increased if you add these features. 1. Add portfolio status (gain/loss) or position to the default screen, currently it is showing watchlist. 2. Position is also not showing the current stocks which I am holding, it is only showing stocks which I have purchased through this app. 3. Every time it is asking for userid which nobody can remember all the time. Provide an option to save credentials.

Horrible app. I couldn't login to the app for a long period due to some technical difficulties. So, I uninstalled it. And then when i reinstalled the app, the UI has changed so much that I don't even understand what I am looking for in the app. I can't even access my portfolio. Don't use it. Rather open a demat account with some other institution.

The application is too slow as compared to other financial Apps, it's got some glitches, it's not user friendly, the developer should make it simple and easy. It also freezes sometimes which is quite irritating, needs a lot of improvement.

Using this app since its inception. Seen owner has no any interested to Upgrade the app and they donot boder for client's problems. Now Very slower than previous 3G era. Some sections are allwayes remaind black. Auto log off is a very common bug. looking Very strange that Sbicap securities not care the Under rating (2.8).But interested only for highest brokarage charge in every segments. Will change the brokare shortly.

Kindly hire a technical team and the get the bugs fixed and make the app up to date like othe app like Zerodha, upstox... Most of the pages has landscape view which cannot be scrolled smoothly... Logs me out when i try to navigate to Partfolio page directly, i have to go via ledger page.. Apart from these there n number of issues and glitches in the app...

This App doesn't work. It doesn't work most of the time. You can't see your order book, trade log, or anything, it doesn't load at all. Doing Intraday using this App becomes too risky as it can't load any information timely. Not just this App, but even the website doesn't work most of the time. SBI charges its customers for every facility it provides to them, but cannot even develop a proper website and an app ? I don't want to have a demat with this bank anymore. Will quit.

Very unreliable. today on trading day it os down from 12PM. sometimes it does not open on even web link sometimes it says account os blocked and sometimes exceptions. Most of the times logon is simply stuck saying server error. it shows sometimes 15 minutes old data with no error. there call centre is always busy. there support staff does not pick up phone. stay away from SBI smart. I am stuck with it and I am searching for other options as well for trading

Not useful app. it's very slow. and even you can't see portfolio in organized manner. it's very difficult to find out buy/sell option. too much complication is available in this app. please rectify the issue.

While many people are giving nagative reviews I would give it a thumbs up. I have been using this aap for last 6 months and found it very useful. Afterall I can't always carry my laptop with me to see what's happening with my portfolio or watchlist and there it has become so useful for me. However, there are lots of improvement areas I can see that can make this aap very popular. For example I want to see day's and overall gain to my portfolio per script which is missing in this app.

Worst of worst. Have never received the OTP on time when transferring funds from savings to trading. (If you don't Google) It's almost impossible to find out where your holdings are in this stupid app. There is a lot I want to write here... But bottomline is - Use literally any other app but this one.

Pathetic app. For portfolio access you need to login again and this credentials are different from app login. Forgot Password doesn't work. There is no market depth screen. Obligation screen shows error. Navigation is bad. Looks like only errors are coded instead of features.

The app sometime show different prices for the same stock. Sometime it doesn't even show sold / bought or any order history. It's really not good to have these things in the app. Plus it doesn't show any buyback tab in the app. Kindly have a look on this issue and avoid being seen as lazy ones. Regards, Jalal

Out of ten two times app does not open even though credentials entered are right. Can't see portfolio and ledger balance easily. Not good experience. Customer care service also not good. They have only one answer to any of your problem " We regret the inconvenience caused to you." But no solution are provided.

The app could be more user friendly, improve on timing, also could show features like projected profit or loss on a buy or sell, many info like profit or loss projections instantly not available. Importantly, in obligations menu, not immediately updating the transactions, backoffice menu needs lot of improvisation, totally needs a thorough modification and efficient performance at busy trading time., Especially during Market Open and close time., "NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT AND UPDATIONS". TQ.,

Look wise and interface is good, flexible and lot of research options and technical aspects included - I am still exploring But all that features are useless, if app hangs a lot Even during login - app complelty stops responding If I switch app, while viewing graphs or viewing analysis page , app definitely hangs Tried reinstalling to reduce hang issue, had to rewrite entire watchlist

What is the use of an app which is not user friendly..? In a trade market, every second is important.. this app has turned so crappy.. how do you expect us to use the app if it stops functioning after adding money, and creating Lein?? This app must be integrated in such a way that it works well ... But making us log in and log out everytime is only irritating us when there's an urgent order to be placed...

Dont download or subscribe.. it is the worst app and worst trading platform.. brokerage is too high that whatever profit you make in intraday you will end up losing.. app crashes often and all of a sudden it will stop showing current position making investors confused and unable to take decision. When you are selling or buying by showing "there was a problem with your order". Sometimes even if it shows this message the order gets succeeded causing multiple entries by investors.

Poor experience both on web and app. When I login first thing I want to see is my present portfolio. In app you cannot even see your portfolio easily (you need to login again). And you cannot even select a stock from your portfolio to sell, for that you need to go to your watchlist. Overall experience is disappointing.

ye bakwas app hai. This is bad app because while log in it shows server error near about all time & due to this we can not trading effectively & most of time we get loss. Even it log in, loading circle rotates at long time & finally it doesn't show anything.

Very slow, and not responding in most crucial timing. New app SBI Smart money never resoponded. Smartly you lose your money because at peak time both will have server problem. Crashes Automatically many times in a day.

Worst App one can ever come across. I have been using it for quite sometime now, during this I came across various glitches. The interface is not at all user friendly. Worst service provided by SBI.

Only good for trading. Very limited options and even then "Back Office" does not work. Cannot see holdings. When you try to use "Back Office", it asks to login to SBI securites, and your SbiSmart credentials don't work there.

Very bad experience with SBI.They provide landline number which they don't pick. Every time you try to lien amount through this app it comes written due to technical error it failed.you can't transfer funds online in trading account through this app it again failed every time.i am sending emails from last week but they did nothing till date.very bad service.Now i am thinking to close my demat account with them.

Bogus app. Not user friendly. Most of the time not working even if good network connectivity is there. Crashes everytime & pages are not opening most of the time. See the ratings of other trading apps...
