Well App is just okay. There are lot of problems with this app. It consumes battery a lot. Some of the screens don't work. Also, it hangs a bit. If you want to a descriptive transaction view, there is always an error. Most of the time unable to log out. Have to relogin after closing all apps. This app is network specific. Doesn't work well on vodafone network. Good on jio. All n all ... Not a pleasant experience.

Frequent log out during the switching of apps. Getting hanged during the heavy activities in market resulting in frequent losses due to delay in loading. You should be aware that even a second is very important during the fluctuating market. Need to improve a lot. Please change the default setting of put while placing the order, even after selecting a call, put is being initiated. Very frustrating most of the time.

Pros. 1. Eye catchy with the default black theme. (White theme is available) 2. UI is awesome. 3 Chart view with lots of useful parameters and supports landscape mode. Cons. 1. Not that responsive. 2. Balance sheet view and any other views require sideways scrolling and doesn't support landscape mode. 3. In trade history the situation is same and need to scroll sideways so, it's very tiresome job to see the details of the history at a glance. 4. It even fails to search a script.

The app is an excellent one ... the lay out .. the features available..there is nothing missing.. all aspects are taken care of...but one may wonder why I am giving only 3 stars... well .. it fails drastically at functional level...not reliable when needed most... it hangs frequently... I have both versions of the app.. for iPhone and the android.. in both the phones I have to delete and reinstall several times in a day ..it is high time someone in charge look seriously in to this problem...

There are certainly good features in the system. But, the sytsem always witnesses hangover. The standing instructions are as 'the server is not responding, please try again.' Systems of other institutions viz ICICI, HDFC etc comparatively work more smoothly.. I wanted to avail of the services of this system for security aspects, however, it does not work smoothly. This needs to be improved..

Totally substandard, useless app. The numerous chunk of problems totally outweigh the good features. From getting booted out while viewing charts, to very slow login, to blank my available funds, vanishing of your purchased scrip...the list is endless. I mean just navigate to any part of the app i will tell the problems faced. I even purchased a new mobile phone in Feb 21, but the problems still remain.

Not working on wifi. Very poor app. Cannot login when market is in big movement. Most of the times the app cannot connect to server. Very bad experience. Issue still not resolved. Why do you need emails from clients when the problem has been detailed here. And the problem is with the app not my particular account. Wake up and do some work!!

The worst app I had ever used. Every time it shows the error *Unable to establish connection with Trade Server*... And everything got freezed. Can't do anything on screen. The only option is force close and restart. The main point after restarting the error comes.... Can you guys please correct it. Yesterday I lost in trading due to this reason. I have also emailed 3times...

Fund transferred from bank accounts to trading accounts is not credited at the same time. It is credited on the next day. Customer care system is also poor. Same problem arises vice versa. App is very slow,not reliable at the time of need, the best app if you want to loose your money. There is not negative rating for the app. My customer ID is ***11302. I have written to customer service but in vain because given link wasn't correct.

Just down not open when you need it to. Always tells try next time. And when it does it takes forever to load the information. The UI/UX is the worst. You guys should atleast benchmark few competition apps. We pay a huge brokerage for services pls provide a seamless experience. The data visualization of the investment should improve drastically it's literally hopeless now. And the information or alerts or notification on credit payment due etc should be provided to the client so he can plan.

You're requested to improve upon this app, most of the time it doesn't open, even when it opens, it gets hanged. We have to login about 10 times to access it once. Most of the time portfolio isn't visible. Many times balance shown is zero. There's no default settings for functions in the charts. Please do something. I book losses in intraday just because it logs out automatically and then takes another 1 hr to open. Please do something about this app🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Worst experience, the app never opens when you need it the most. It crashes innumerable times, and also am not able to oopen with my current id. If you click on the forgot password option, it takes atleast 3 hours to generate an otp!!! Seriously a very bad experience. I have noted that, each time the market crashes even a little bit; the app just won't open.

Very poor application. Difficult to open. Often gets hanged. Letters very small. The old one is far better. Rather,margin.t+5,etc. should be added to the old one. Till date ie., 1,11,20,no improvement made. This app should be removed, to be replaced by a good one. It is a headache for those, who trade through smart phones.

Developed by school kid! I've not seen such a worst app. It has lot of content in every page and it won't load everything even in a super fast fiber network. It keeps saying error loading. I had to relogin 30 times a day(consciously counted) if I had to use the app for a trading. Big fun is it won't login easily even if the password is right, it says session expired when u do fresh login. Guys even a school kid can do a better app. Better you close the app rather than having a junk here.

The app keeps on showing 'unable establish connection with the server' even though I am connected on the internet via wifi with great internet speed. Rest of the applications are working absolutely fine, even your app is working fine on my son's iPhone. There seems to be some bug with the android app, please look into the matter and correct.

User interface is not so clear and is very clumsy. In the portfolio section one can see only the overall loss or gain, and cant see the trades bought and sold, and their current values. To view we have to open the trade book. Some times the app lags and takes a lot of time to load even in good net connection. While other banks trading app are neat and clear, this app is far worse than them, this app do not perform well in key moment.

I see that you are just giving automated response for every feedback to contact you on email. I donot want any auto response from you guys, just fix the below issue. I am sure you won't fix but this is the least I can do. 1. Login is taking long time in most of the cases 2. Give an option to set pin or allow fingerprint to login. Nobody prefer to login everytime with password and that too along with PAN number.

Why this app is made to do every task very difficult. Why can't you just make a user friendly Interface where the user can use any option easily. This app starts annoying from the very beginning through tedious login process. Why can't you think everyone can't remember 3 things at one time when he has a lot of things to remember other than user id of 8 digits.

Everytime when I try to log in, the app shows unable to find server.....very bad experience. Even after updating it shows "unable to establish connection with server", where all other trading apps are working, this app has always log in problem. PSU Banks and its related products are not able to compete with private sector, shut them down.

Need further improvement Immediate attention required on following 1. Finger print unlocking. You can't expect us to input all the details in between trading. 2. Unable to view entire holding. It somehow shows two holding on main page. Need detailed tab showing holding and real time position on same. 3. At time its difficult to edit charts lines . It needs to be done everytime chart is opened. Preference should be given to user to opt for default chart they like to view for their stocks.

This app is not upto date. If you have to see the buying price after 2-3 months then you have to go to in trade history. It doesn't show the buying price as well as current price. It just shows the overall portfolio percentage. You are not able to find which share is loss or profit after its purchasing. This features is needed immediately like used in zerodha or upstox or any other full time broker. And moreover at the time of placing order, this app went down. Seriously needed upgrade on this.

The app logs out again and again.. many times even though it gets logged in but it doesn't load watch list or shares properly for order execution. Login in several times with login password and pan details is very hectic. It should be simplified. If person opens phone with finger print then app shouldn't get logged out or app should get login with finger print. Many improvement to be done. Especially with speed...

Ever since the last update, the app has been either crashing or "unable to contact the servers". Initially I thought it's network issues at my end, but all other apps were working just fine. This has been happening since the almost 2 weeks now.

One of the worst App which I have installed. One is able to log in one out of 10 times and irrelevant reasons like "Session expired" pop up as soon as one makes a login attempt. Customer care is useless as well. The problem is generally noticed during first 10 days of the month.

I'm using Redmi Note 7 Pro since last 2 years or more, I used to operate this app since past year or so, it used to work properly except some login issues but recently (last week) when I tried to login, the login app page turned blank..!! I tried many things including restarting the phone, uninstall n reinstall the app, updating the phone but nothing has worked and still login page of app is blank...!! Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible..!
