Information module can be accessed by any users all over the world. It contains:
SBL ATM, BRANCH, CDM, Agent locator etc
Details of any SBL Banking product and can apply for any product
Details of different EMI & Discount offer on SBL Credit Card
Branch Contact Details, Head Office Contact Details etc
Contact SBL Hotline or email to contact center etc
Banking Module:
In order to get access to the banking module, customer will have to visit branch once to collect the unique User ID & Password of SBL DigiBanking. In order to ensure security, we have introduced one time password during beneficiary add and transaction. We have also incorporated the IMEI number to restrict the login only from customer’s known device. In the Banking Module customer can access the following features:
Details of your savings/current account.
Outstanding of your FDR/DPS
Outstanding of your loan account
Last 5 transactions
Service Request ( Positive Pay Instruction , Account Statement etc)
Fund Transfer to Own Account (if available)
Fund Transfer to any SBL Account
Fund Transfer to Other Bank Account
WASA Bill Payment
Credit Card Bill Payment
Mobile Recharge (GP, Robi, Airtel, Teletalk, Banglalink, Citycell)

I have been using this app. Overall there is lot to improve. Specially UI is not dynamic and colour combinations is so obsolate that it should be improved( white is not good seen with green color...may be black with good seen in green color)...thanks
Functionality wise Great app, but need to modernize the user interface.
a good afford to make banking services easier. But i can not avail the billpay option due to a slow internet problem it's showing in the app though i am in a 4G network coverage and my handset is 4G enabled. got an update today but the problem persists. hope it will be fixed within the shortest possible time.
There should have been a feature to pay the foreign portion(USD) bill of credit card through this app.I have a SBL credit card but i need to go to branch to pay USD bill which is inconvenient.Also you should add feature to transfer fund to bkash and rocket account from SBL account.
Great approach in digital banking system, But our demand is more than this where can pay palli biddot bill and other similars, Also Phone number network provider selection ability required from user-end in recharge option, cause Mobile Network Portability service allowed to change origin network provider, where MNP user will get failed recharge. I hope future update will cover all issues and needs.
It's really fantastic. I'm highly satisfied with this apps. If possible please include electricity bill payment gateway as well like WASA.

I can't see any service .When I try to access then it say loading your service but no sign .So fixed this bugs as soon as possible

For God sake please make the front visible 🙏 Everything is Green even the front and it's bright enough . Is this problem for me only or anyone faced it . Cause on the picture it's looking ok . If it is me then fix it .

It is useful app. Need to add up-to-data, provide recent information by notification, to use utilities bill all over the country.
Bad User interface and not much features like other bank app.
Not user friendly compare to other top level ibanking apps. Recommendation is please wave the charge that is applied for ibanking.
