Lacks of settings I am a European so I don 't know what lbs is in KG and Fahrenheit in degrees. It does not have a lot of costumization. The watch is okay the colors are good but it has like 2 pixels per Millimeter (0.39 inches) and sometimes the watch disconnects from the phone but I can easily reconnect it
The watch keeps resetting and suddenly can't sync anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but now the measurements aren't in metric anymore (and no option to change units) and the watch still doesn't sync.
Not only the app but the watch SBS Spirit watch are a big disappointment. I need to manually connect the watch to see notifications and get synced. I mean I know it was cheap but I had no expectations and still got let down
SO NOW MY ALARM DOESN'T WORK, I WAS LATE TO MY CLASSES AND IT DIDN'T COUNT MY STEPS OR MY SLEEP. I CAN'T GET A REFUND OR GET IT FIXED OR ANYTHING BECAUSE I BOUGHT THIS WATCH IN HUNGARY AND I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA. this app has slowed my phone down so much and caused my battery life do end so quickly it's unbelievable.
I've been using the Watch for 6 months with my old phone I got a new phone now every time I connect it disconnects after a while it has been 3 days and I could not connect it old phone Samsung galaxy j6 new phone Samsung Galaxy s10e
App hangs when connecting to device. There's no possibility to use device with Pixel 3XL. Cannot even configure it.
1 Always on display not an option 2 you can ONLY control the music of your phone app, not spotify. Needs to update

Absolute garbage phone will no longer sync with the watch, which I used for several weeks. Don't waste your time
Bought the skipping rope, dumbells, head scarf for running and the bike magnet. NONE of it shows under devices. All that shows is the access requirements. All of them have been switched to green. Still doesnt work. Uninstalled and downloaded again. Still doesnt see devices. The bluetooth settings on my phone recogbises that the device is there, just the app doesnt. Total waste of money. No help or troubleshoot section. The main website only allows you to download the manual that cones in the box. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Im using a Huawei honor 8 phone.

Utter junk! Doesn't do anything but ask for every permission imaginable, none of which it actually needs other than Bluetooth connection. Typical cheap nasty bloated app written by idiots
It won't connect to the Bluetooth on my phone and don't know how to change the time and date my phone is a Samsung S6 Edge and the watch is the heart monitor model
This wrist band was such a good thing for a start, but when I rebooted it the time has never been back to the same. It is useless to me now and is currently shoved in a box.
Everything was working fine, both with the app and the clock. I used them for a month with my Samsung S6. I bought today a new Samsung S8 and there is no way to transfer my account with the past data to the new phone... Loosing past data is disappointing...
I am having endless problems with my SBS Go Life wrist band, it drains my battery when I have bluetooth and GPS on, How do I remove the activity from my phone app as i dont need it and also everytime I go into the app on my phone it comes up as FINISH. I really need help with this please

This is unfortunately one of the worst apps ever. It crashes constantly, not only while trying to connect to the watch but also during exercise. And since afterregistration is not possible, the training data is lost. The app lacks many basic functions other similar apps have. The watch is color but the graphics are crude and one cannot do much in it but see the time. I got the watch as a gift, of a person who didn't check the reviews here first. I would NEVER have bought it. DO NOT BUY!
