SBS Radio

The play button doesn't work most of the time so I have had to use the browser version rather than the app. Nothing happens after pressing the play button multiple times. Edit: new version of the app doesn't work properly. Can't see different news stories anymore and when I click on the news stories that come through my push notifications, the app just opens to the home page. There is no way to find those stories. Please come up with a fix for this bug

sbs chill is a god send period! full stop! no ads or a love myself dribbling annoying,irrating dj that gets in the way of the music! a commercial radio station like no other! 90% of the music is so,so,so good and i thank sbs so much for that! great app aswell! the app is basic but does the job very well! thanks guys!

The app works and is good, but it is so frustrating because for no reason every 20-30 mins it just stops playing the music. You have to go over to the phone and press play to get it going again or restart the app. Would like to see this problem fixed.

Cannot turn into landscape mode. This is particularly limiting on a tablet. Fonts are too small, and there is now way to adjust them. Microphone symbol should be used for audio input not for a search/browse button.

Sbs chill radio has always been a little gem but since it became a part of the digital live to air TV menu I have just switched over to "chill" when nothing interests me on the TV programming and also decided to install the SBS app on my Android phone. The app is easy to use and just works in all the ways I need. Try it.. you'll like it.

I used the previous version happilly, everyday. The new/updated app doesn't work, at all! It keeps churning/loading - no sound. Wrote an email - got ignored. What's going on there, SBS Radio..? (!) 👎

The old version is no longer working on my HTC android phone. So i was trying to install the new version. I can't install the new version of SBS radio App on my HTC android phone. The error message on Google play store said the new version is not applicable to my phone.

Dear Developers, hats off for such a splendid app but i would like to suggest that there should be 1 option of sub-titles as well so that sometimes it doesn't become hurdle to understand different Ascent people. Again Thanks a lot for your support :) :)

I downloaded this app to find a song that was played on SBS Chill, only to find that all song information for a three hour time period was missing for some reason. Wrote an email and recieved no reply. Pretty poor effort.

Cannot press play on any station as it's constantly refreshing or something and is indicating something has been pressed when it hasn't. Many others having same issue.... Please fix.

1/5 star is for the app only not the content. Which does not have sleep timer. The content is 5/5 stars. And the songs on SBS chill plays in different volume, like ads coming on normal tv channels.

Uselless 1 star just to comment. Rarely is there a more useless app. Utter silence and no access to change or debug settings. Far from a chill out this app will STRESS you further. its probably better to use a generic radio app instead. This is only SBS self-promotibg with no return. Avoid.

Have to say one star - good app but can't get it to play without stopping few minutes later. Sometimes radio doesn't start at all

Nice UI but on the web application you can stream immediately, but here in the app sometimes you cannot play ▶ programs. So slow, I prefer web radio of sbs

It kept spinning and not loading any station. I got one to play but no sound. Disappointed, looks like a really good app too.

This app won't play anything. This current Version had updated via Google Play but will not open so I have deleted it and I uploaded this app a dozen times - I'd opened it from the actual app and it will not play anything and I'd tried via Google Play and still nothing. This current version is not working good people, please fix 'cos this app has been brilliant otherwise only this Version is off the mark.

Great App, I really enjoy Chill... great vibes... but after phone calls the app stops streaming and I need to go back in and restart. If there is a fix that would be awesome! Thanks SBS Chill😎

Unstable app. Radio page flickers horribly and the player just stops and won't restart. Now listening via the apparently non-SBS SBS Chill app. Ironic.

Uses too much data. Plus the background playback isn't as efficient as Spotify. Bye for now.

The "My catch-up radio" is missing from the podcast tab? I have to keep uninstall and reinstall the app for that to comes back, this app is so buggy.

Loaded this app to play radio, but press play button and nothing plays. Button changes to pause, and then reverts to play icon after few seconds.

Listening to the news on SBS cantonese radio has been my every day ritual. I appreciate the overseas news as much as the talk show. 園艺趣谈，learn to grow plants. However English name of the plants and chemical used to help the plants develope should be spell out clearly and repeat at the end of the talk for the audience. Reason being we Shop locally in an English spoken country Australia.

It's great when it works. However, I often find that nothing happens when I hit the play button, which can be quite frustrating. I hope that this gets fixed.
