iris NextBus offers bus arrival timings on a real time basis.
iris also provides a host of helpful information such as details of the bus routes, bus services on the road that are delayed or diverted and scheduled changes in bus operating hours. Commuters can also obtain information on first and last train operating hours, planned changes in train service hours as well as find out if train services are running smoothly.

The System Map is outdated. Thomson MRT is operating already. I was unable to give feedback to improve. The journey planner is poorly designed. It uses Google Maps. Train station and bus stops are not shown. How could they be so poor?
Do not download. 1) App will NOT work unless you switched on GPS BEFORE you launch the app. Even if you switch on GPS, as long as the app is running it will not detect. 2) Very Slow. 3) User NOT friendly. Not the worst app (but close to it). But there are less stressful and far more reliable alternatives.
Realised that many times the bus arrival times are long but in the end the bus comes much earlier. And the earlier bus when arrives is not tracked on the app. eg. 124 and 147A. This inconsistency and unpredictability makes the app unhelpful.
Inaccurate timing. I've seen multiple times 'ARRIVING' but bus didn't come, always wasting my time waiting, I could have take other bus. I don't know whether want to believe the timing or not everytime I look at it. Best part is, they don't bother to improve the accuracy.
its a very good and useful app. but there's a need of improvement because train part don't have anything on arriving time of the train in every Northeast line and the Downtown line stations and also usage of the mrt station (what i mean is during the peak and off-peak hour's whether is it crowded or not ).
The app is quite accurate at times, however occasionally the timing is rather off. For example, as of right now. I had boarded a bus that was according to the app, supposed to arrive 15 mins later.
This application is good to know the bus timings but when it comes to giving feedback, it is useless as there is no response from them at all. There is no record if they have received the feedback submitted as there is no case number or email acknowledging that they did. Just a thank you message and you will get nothing after that.
This app is erratic. Timing inconsistent. I urge commuters can forget about this poorly apps. It's a waste of time and money to come up a half-past-6 app that is not helping users the convenient to be able to use it.👎
Give wrong timing everyday. Totally inaccurate. Says coming in 2 mins but actually reach in 15mins. Says reaching in 17mins but I can see the bus literally arriving from the next traffic light. Like if you gonna give me wrong info, might as well don't give at all. I suggest anyone reading this to not rely on this app esp if you want to be punctual.
Bus timings are inconsistent. Bus waiting time rose from 6 to 16 min once and a bus zoomed past me when i checked the timing for that bus. It had stated it was coming in 10 mins, and i was constantly refreshing the timings. Garbage app overall.
I started doubting the credibility and information being posted on this app 2 weeks ago. It is not showing the correct information. It says, arriving but no bus... It says, 14 mins but the bus is arriving... Slow refreshing and loading the details.... Frustrating!
I have added bus stops to bookmarks and i can see them on the Bookmarks page. But they do not appear in the quick-view screen on the bottom half of the app under "Bookmarks" . Can i know how to add the stops to the quick view screen?
Useless application. The bus arrival timings are all wrong most of the time and the bus arrivals so not follow the app. Most of the time the buses came super early than the stated time, causing alot of time wastage. Zero star application.
Most inaccurate app ever. The bus timings are all jumbled up and make absolutely no sense. The timing for a bus at a further bus stop earlier than a nearer stop. Idiotically stupid app. Never trust the timings.
Hopefully the updated version gives accurate update on arrival of buses as many a times I have missed boarding alternate buses because the actual bus which i was waiting showed 'Arriving' but actually it left few minutes ago. Even after many 'refreshers' it still shows the same.
The inaccurate tinings of the bus are really frustrating and annoying, especially if you're in a rush. Don't suggesting you installing this app. Horrible.
App has been working fine for me until recently I noticed that the buses never came even though it's 1-2 mins away. Just today I was waiting at the interchange where I could take a few buses, 2 buses arrived when the app says it's 8-10 mins away!! Please rectify.
App not working, keeps giving the "Failed connecting to server, please try again." message although data connection is working fine
Don't waste your time with this clown app. If you ever need to accurately know the ETA of the next bus, you literally will get a more accurate answer just using any other app. This app by the bus company itself constantly lies that the bus is ~2-3 mins away when in reality it's a good 15 min away. 🤡
Old version works well. After the update, there is only one tiny window for viewing bus routes but big portion for highlights on wheelchair info. May I know are there 80% of the passengers wheelchairs bound? I hate this app. Delete it.
By giving false destination timings, this app is worth an uninstall. I have never came across such government based applications sharing false information.
Please change your "Slide to Submit" complaint. A simple click OK button will do. The slide function is defective.. doesn't really slide all the way
Wanted to feedback something always show error Pls fix it... I dun think is good to feedback to bus driver at the point of time as they are suppose to concentrate on driving.
Bus timings not accurate at all. I wasted so much time waiting for the bus when I could have done other things and not be in such a rush. Bus most of the time take abt 10mins more than what the app says. Download another app instead. Not worth.
Inaccurate many times. At 1st it says 10 minutes for 185 bus to arrive, the. 2 minutes late the status become "arriving" causing to misgauge the timing and late for work. Not once but many times on other time and other bus stations too.
Been using the app for 5 yrs now and so far it has been accurate and reliable most of the time. Bus timings will never be 100% accurate but u end up learning your daily bus routines anyway
Not accurate at all. Bus timings said 10 mins but when it reaches 1 minute, no bus arrives at all and it jumps back to 10 minutes.
I install the app just to give comments. The bus #58 at Bishan interchange at the schedule between 9:02am to 9:04am always a mess. Today again scheduled at 9:02am but only arrival at 9:08am. Lack of discipline, no apologies. Not bothered if it affect the passengers lateness for work.
Innaccurate timings almost all the time. Never plan your trips based on the app. It may say 1 to 2 mins and you have missed the bus. May stay 10mins for the next 3 mins without changing. And suddenly jump to 3mins wait. Very unreliable.
