Booking problem. Incomplete information regarding route. Very poor apps. Apps developer & client both haven't knowledge about their job.
I tried several time. After making payment it always showing Booking failed due to internal error.
Never seen a useless app like this one. Could not book a single ticket.

i booked a ticket step by step but at last i didint get d seat no or ticket but Rs 135 got deducted from my account... dont use dis app as they r misusing our money..... !!!!!!

There is no difference between this app and in website. A person prefers an app than a website because it is more mobile friendly. But this app is as same as the website page. This is the most worthless app have ever seen.
Think twice before purchase online tickets. I was forced to pay twice although I had a valid online ticket!!! Try to buy tickets during journey, because both the employees and authority are too backdated digitally. And the helpline does not know how to help.
