It is not letting me log in at all! It was working earlier today, but now it's saying invalid username or password, which I know that I'm putting in correctly as I have them written down in a safe place. Now I have no way of checking my account balance! I've tried to check it over the phone, but even that doesn't work! Not happy!
So far great only 4 stars because one mobile deposit didnt go through due to a "bad image" despite it being clear and containing the full check on both sides. all other mobile deposits were good (about 9 others so far)
As of right now this app is a total crapshoot barely works 2 times out of 10 and constantly says check to see if connected to internet while I'm connected, fix these problems and maybe you'd have a useful freaking app
Very easy app to use. Easy to maneuver and keep up with finances from your cell phone no matter where you are.
Highly convient app, able to transfer funds, check account balance, look at bank statements , with one easy press of a button.
I use this all the time and love the convenience. I do wish you could do everything on this app that you can do on the website. Update, the new update makes it even better than the website.
This app is seriously messed up. Put in login info. Asked to verify ssn then says can't connect to internet. I AM CONNECTED!

This app I had for year's with no problems. Until I got a new phone and it is not user friendly.
No complaints, however the app does take a bit too long to load after it's turned on for use.
Great mobile app. Mobile check deposit is much easier to use than many other online banking apps.
Hate this app since update. Will not let me login in says no internet connection but all others apps work.

looks like a great phishing tool for a banking app. the fact that the publisher is not southern bank should raise alarms.

Definitely the friendliest bank I've ever banked with. Tellers make ya feel like a family member. Staff seriously try to open accounts that best fit your needs.
Half the time it says I'm not connected to the Internet (all my other apps work fine with no problems). Can't deposit more than $500 in a day. Takes about 5 tries each time I deposit a check because it always says the amount entered doesn't match. All in all a very frustrating app.
