Almost never shows anything. When it does, the information is sometimes wrong. Unreliable.
Why does it never work. it rarely if ever shows the routes the bus is going in. the whole app glitches and needs fixing

If all buses are actually shown on the map. In the freezing winter, it's not common for commuters to stay in their car until the bus arrives. However, sometimes the bus will not be shown on the map and results in people missing the bus
Can't rely on it
Doesn't show the hospital busses at all.....FIX IT
Works well most of the time. Great to be able to check where exactly the bus is with an estimate on when it would arrive. However, sometimes an entire bus route just isn't showing up or is completely inaccurate, in particular the Sunday Shopping Routes. On Sundays, the route either doesn't show up at all or shows the bus stuck at South P. This bus also routes a dropoff/pick-up bus which doesn't show up most of the time, causing confusion. I usually just have to guess when the bus will be here.
When you select a bus stop, all of the buses disappear from the map, and the arrival times list won't come up. The only way to fix this is to close the app, but it will break again once you start it up again and select a stop.

Very useful for navigating around campus. Can be laggy and takes a while to load initially.
This app is very complicated. Old one was simple and easy to use. Still have the old one.

Gives wrong information
This is an okay app. It's annoying that it didn't automatically replace the old one, but I digress. This app only functions when Stony Brook's bus system functions. If a bus is not running, there's no alert in the app. Just spent 10 minutes at the SAC because the app said Inner Loop was Arrived, but there was no bus at all, only one that was disabled which I didn't know until I got the driver to actually talk to me. This app needs better work to be more student friendly and SBU's bus system needs improving.
Great app but can you fix the fact that at least one bus a day doesn't turn on their GPS locater or something. Or maybe have busses come more often.
Buttom line it works. Pretty good actually.

Mehhh its ok. I liked the old one better
Its not fair that I can't give this a - 1, because they managed to make it WORSE then when I gave it a one. It takes two whole minutes to stop spinning and load the bus arrival times, and by then the information is already old.
Wrong display of bus on map, buses disappear on app, and times don't show. Used to be great now it's completely useless
After clicking one of the buttons near the bottom corner of the app all three buttons seem to stop working. And I have to reset it every single time. The timer button is also very inconsistent when pressing. It maybe works once in a blue moon
This app no longer works if you are not connected to the school's wifi. Most of the bus stops are outside of wifi connection so its pretty much useless.
