App does not work. Will not let you sign in, even after changing the password multiple times. Website works fine, app does not recognize any info you input into it. Worthless and aggravating
You cant post anything on their site! And you cant talk to anyone either? And i dont know who takes care of posting payments to customers accts, but they need to be trained again! Cause even a 4 year old nows that when you subtract a payment from a balance it doesnt equal the same balance? Check your records guys, even payments made over the phone, cause you can add all the late fees you like, im not late and not paying them! Youre missing 3 pymts thats already cleared my bank! Hello?!
Keeps telling me the login info is incorrect when it's perfectly fine on a browser! Very aggravating. Tried multiple times in both browser and app, only the app says the info is incorrect.
Can't sign in with fingerprint. I select the option when i sign in, but it doesn't turn on. I go to settings, and it indicates to sign in again, which I've done.
When I try to enable to the fingerprint it's not accepting it. I even tried deleting the app and installing it again. It still didnt work not sure why it's not working.
Try signing in, but it says I have no internet or signal. I have 5 bars and am connected to wifi. Every other app and internet app I use works fine to include other sources in my home. Your app is faulty.
I can log in but when I try to use the link fir other ways to pay the blue circle spins and spins.... then nothing. It won't go any further. I cant pay the bill.
App does work past the sign on and verification prompts. Just goes to a blue spinning circle and nothing more. Uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck
I'm using same user and password on my computer but this app doesn't recognize user or password, so doesn't works in any way, please delete it
1.Downloaded app, 2. Spent half my lunch trying to get it set up. 3. Reset my password 4. "User name and password not recognized" Dominion = USELESS
App does not work. Says wrong username / password but I can login online. App is useless.
App opens and displays blank page after first use. Basically pointless to have if you have to go to main site to conduct bussiness
Can never access my acct. The security code is never correct. Will not let me verify. I go thru this evertime i try to pay online.
Please suggest a field of mechanics that incorporates electrical engineering in a sustainable reference to compliment my home. This is the area of expertise that you can also lend to us. I appreciate the expediency of your customer service and willingness to accommodate in the app.
Can not sign in. Works just fine on the internet but the app does not let you sign in.
It is a difficult app because it keeps wanting me to change my password everytime amoung other things.
Very good. HTC 10 android interface no problem. Set up detailed but simple.
I have downloaded this app to report an outage, and won't open on my android can't call because of the coronavirus,!Ugggh🤦♀️

Takes too long after payment to reflect balance...speed things up it's too slow
Does not allow the saving of passwords or allow fingerprint recognition.
Dominion should have an app that works for other states or have one that is universal
Fingerprint login function doesn't work.
Nice app but not sure why the app specifically calls out South Carolina when it is for North Carolina as well.

This app is the only one that always claims that I have no internet connection, even though I do. It's useless.
Easy to pay bills and works with most financial institutions.

Great App! I can easily view my bill, make payments and place service requests! I love that I can get notifications when a bill has posted! If you are having trouble logging in, call Dominion to get a pw reset email!
