Expirable password + 2-factor authentication in 2022 is unacceptable. Coupled with one-click of back button to exit the app and requiring login again after exiting. What a disaster of a design. Major fail.
It is a nightmare to log on and stay logged in. Why no fingerprint log in,like the main SC banking app? I need to swap between this and Aastocks app to check prices/trends. As soon as I do that, you make me log in again! This makes it unusable. I no longer use this app, and I instead use the (and have most of my $$ invested with) HSBC easy invest app. I suspect I'm not the only one, and this is likely costing you (hundreds of) millions of dollars. Wake up please, Standard Chartered!!
Can you remove your notifications after I read it, I don't need to read it everytime I login, it slows me down. Don't make me think that you tried to disturb my trade and scare me with the pop up notifications in the morning. This already made me lost some money.
I just installed latest but stuck: cannot get past screen asking you to upgrade!?!
No real-time quote. Website version is much stronger than this rubbish. It's stupid to waste money to build this apps.
if your company cannot provide a stable apps service, please don't launch. I cannot receive the OTP password, how can I make transactions ?
No real time streaming and bid orders are restricted to a price close to the market price
Don't make me laugh that you want to use notifications at login to slow me down and deter me from setting up trades Don't make me think that those disturbing whatsapp messages from your mysterious representatives were sent to me after I posted negative comment here?

Can't do it without roaming at oversea. Rubbish apps and Bank!
Catastrophic. Cannot even login as the system never sent any OTP for authentication.
Improve the ui
This app cannot display the overall performance over time (gain/lose) and average purchase price in the portfolio. Only shows last 14 days of transaction history is displayed, while the history in the past cannot be displayed. Not to mention fingerprint login is not supported in non-Samsung Android devices.
This is definitely the worst stock trading app I've ever used. Not mentioning the primitive and dismal functions and tools available, the login process is already a big turn off to users. No fingerprint login in 2022 as even the SC mobile app has it. The entry of username and password has become buggier with the recent update with the keyboard not popping up automatically even after tapping the field multiple times. The app developer should be fired and publicly executed for this failure.
