Over all the apps fine but it would be much better if added option to pay credit card payments via any debit card like other banking apps to avoid trouble of going to the bank deposit machine.

This is YEAR 2022 and the award for the Most ridiculous App goes to Standard Chartered Mobile App for Bahrain. 0/5 for this app. The app hangs, doesn't allow login and then the login gets stuck due to session already open which by the way was due to the frozen app. Cannot register Fingerprint Cannot do anything but force stop the app.

You guys need to get your back gesture game running.. One wrong move and you exit the app.. With the session still existing wait for 15 mins before we can do anything.. Sad state of an renowned company in 2022

I give rating the least because the most basic feature of a credit card to update the right balance after you have made the payment is not there. Even on repeated complains to call center they don't change it. It keeps showing last statement amount to be paid regardless if the amount is paid. The website also has the same flaw. Other mobile app flaw is if the transaction has more than 1 page on scrolling down it just breaks the flow, & same transactions shown multiple times

Does not give the latest transaction in your history first you have to scroll an entire month to get to it. Not good. And credit card transactions and your balance take one month to update really not good. You cannot order a new debit card or update your personal information on line. Debit cards are not embossed and you have to replace at least twice a year. This app cannot show credit ratings. Please fix these faults or I will be transferring my business to another bank.

Not user friendly . Credit card and pending details not update proper . Need to modify . Copy citi bank app its more good than this

This Bank have very Bad online platform including the App. There is no any online chat or message sending option. For cancelation of credit card they ask only to go to their headoffice and not making any sense. The interest charging for banking services are extremely high compare with other banks in the country. I will be closing all accounts with SC..

Doesn't show pending transactions, nor transactions for each supplementary card!!!!

Just now I updated the application and it is still not opening. Even I Uninstalled it and reinstalled but still I'm unable to login. Now I'll login using browser Finger scanning doesn't work Not as easy as standard chartered bank applications in the other countries

As bad as the web page. This is probably the worst banking app I've ever used. Both the webpage and the app lack features to ease the online banking experience

After updating the app doesn't work at all, but after complaining it took only a day for the SC staff to fix it. Now I can easily pay my credit card bill over the phone thanks.

waste banking app...slow, bad UI design, lot of issues in app, no back button, looks some final year students developed this app....can't even use everytime ask for registration with highly complex credentials .....you made sure that nobody should use your mobile banking.........

decent app. the issue being that any time you log out it asks you to review the experience. and for some reason biometrics wont enable.

can't copy an paste the account number or iban as the IPHONE App and another new problem comes that i can't use the fingerprint enable it or disable it after the new update for the note 9... please solve this problem

Some of the tabs doesn't open and overall the app is very slow.

Cant use the fingerprint anymore. re installed the app 3 times still can't configure my finger print.

Disappointed. No update for a year! Biometric log in it's no more working with android lollipop version. We need an update !
