One of the most painful Banking apps. They use a huge code for authorisation, but no option for copy paste the code in the app. Even you can't keep it multiview, cause it will get blacked. You can't take SS from the app. Even the mobile's navigation doesn't work inside the app. And it needs to be mentioned, they have worst UI in the world in this app.

After opening account with temporary id and pin, when I try to login it shows session already exists! The ui doesn’t deliver the message properly. The error message doesn’t make any sense. Why should I call customer care to solve such a simple issue? besides the customer care service is also bad, it takes 2-3 minutes for call to be picked up while calling cost is 2tk per minute. Online banking shouldn’t be this bad from an international bank. Very disappointed.

Lots of online banking options which is good. However, the app is very slow and comes with backdated UI. It's not optimized for mobile.

It's a very good app. Comparing to nexus pay, it's a bit slow but rich in features. I like the finger print log in. All the features are very useful. It needs full range of net coverage. Otherwise it takes longer to load. Another thing is that, it's not easy to use for normal users. It's a bit harder to find the correct feature. So I would like to recommend to the developers that, they may make this app more user friendly. Thanks.

The older version was much faster and and the UI was more user friendly. The welcome screen in this new version has only increased the number of taps required to log in. It did not add any value to the user. Also, in the older version, when I opened the app it prompted for fingerprint straight away. Now, I have to tap twice - once on the login button, then on the fingerprint icon - to get the fingerprint prompt. Apart from these, it'd better if the app allowed copy paste while filling up different forms (during transfer or bill pay). Typing the account number or name can sometimes be prone to errors. Copying the required information and pasting them in the fields would reduce that chance.

When I am going to login with user and pass, Why app saying session already exists and check with bank for assistance? What's the problem? Even I can login successfully through web page. Please fix this problem asap. So irritating.

I use saadiq credit card. 2 major issues with the app: -Logging into, the first screen, shows my current available limit and overall due. It's okay to have the above two. What is not okay however is not having the current outstanding. I know I can navigate to see that as well but keeping it here would make more sense. I need to know my current due on top of others. -Looking at the transactions are a hassle as I need to scroll for ages. Should come out with a more convenient way of viewing.

Maximum time when I applied for something, always it's shown that it can't process my request which very much irritating at the time of urgency. I never gonna suggest this app to anyone and thumbs down from my end. Moreover, their helpline isn’t that much reaponsive. I tried many times but they didn’t even bother to contact me back. Very much disappointing!!

I am facing problem with newer version. It always showing "Standard Chartered Mobile Banking is currently unavailable. Please try again later". If I uninstall and reinstall the app, it works for 2-3 days without any problem. But then start showing this problem when I want to log in. But I can log in from browser. This is the app side problem. My device is Samsung S8. Previous version was far more better than this version.

App is quite useful. But would be better if the balance amounts of account and credit cards could be shifted from homepage and put under a different menu option to avoid displayed just after login. It may breach confidentiality sometimes. Otherwise, good app.

Still now I am facing this issue.... I have already mail about this issue..... I installed the application in my Samsung S8+ mobile handset. When I open it, it shows "Security Warning. This application is not supported on rooted devices. Please restore and update your device. (Code: 4)." I dont understand, whats the issue and how to solve the issue.

In the latest update fingerprint can not be activated from galaxy S10 phone. In the settings menu, when I click fingerprint, nothing happens. You should check properly before any release. There are many objections regarding fingerprint.

The touch login thing is a very useful feature that I used to use when I was using my old phone with physical fingerprint sensor. But after switching to OnePlus with in display fingerprint sensor, it isn't working anymore. Please provide this support.

After installing and registering successfully with username and password when I tried to log in, it says that I am using invalid username and password. I changed the password by pressing the forgot password button but with no avail. I tried calling the customer care but they couldn't solve it. Frustrating experience.

Rating one star to seek developer's attention. Whenever I try to login via fingerprint sensor, it accepts and says "Fingerprint recognized" and then comes the error " Login with touch ID failed, please login with username and password ". Two/Three previous version was OK with fingerprint sensor. My device: Xiaomi MI5. Sensor Type: Capacitive. Please fix the issue ASAP. The app is excellent, I'll rate it higher if the issue get solved.

Finger print scanner not working for Huawei P9+. Need online transaction turn off and on button for both credit card and debit card controlled by the 2FA security. App interface can be improved to make it more user-friendly.

Just updated 2 days ago. The previous experience was good. But now the software forcefully closes when i go to message option to see the ETAC code, then I come back and see it already closed. Then open tge app again, then again go to check ETAC for transaction, then again closes. Just pathetic, horrible!!
