Very slow and unresponsive.. please give us a new app. Update: I tried to submit feedback using the form provided by SC. That also has an error message :) pathetic service. I am not even sure why a form is required when the issue is with the app always and not just on one particular instance.

One of the worst app and worst credit card I have ever seen in my life. This banking app never shows your statement due date and statement outstanding for that month, and then the bank charges it's customer's for late payment fee and other illegal charges. Please be careful and avoid this bank and credit card.

Very slow, for every click it is going for buffer and no proper details on the statement balance, where can I check, what is the amount to be paid and what is the minimum amount to be paid for credit cards for current month. Only billed, unbilled details it is showing and outstanding balance. How will you get to know what is the statement amount to be paid for the current month

Worst ever mobile banking app. Due to pendemic people are using e-channel and looks like SCB doesn't want to invest in improvement of user experience. Please quit old habits and utilize latest mobile development techniques.

Horrible bank and app. Functions don't work. Customer service is outsourced and has Terrie voice quality. They can't even email statements properly. The recent switch from MasterCard to Visa has meant all old records are lost and you cannot access your old statements. Just horribly done overall.

Very disappointing user experience. The android app appears to have been designed like a website in mobile form factor instead of a PROPER mobile app. Once you're logged in, it is lacking from a visual and user experience at all levels... It resembles the first apps developed for early Nokia WAP phones... Looks like an app from 2005... Typical exemple of a user experience that was put in place with software developers instead of UX designers... Major disappointment....

I guess developers never tried other banks apps. It is updated yet I don't see any option for fingerprint security as well. Navigation is very odd. Fingerprint login option not available yet calling agents claim that it is in settings. No idea from which era this app is..

Good for some transfers. But when you want to pay your basic bills like Dewa and Broad band it does not show the amount. Must log again on to the website and pay from there. So mobile app is a waste of time. You rather do all payments one time from website.

App stopped working, recently, on my Huawei Nova 3i. It kept crashing right after opening the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and its worked fine till I enabled fingerprint authentication. Then it crashed again. Uninstalled and reinstalled and its worked without fingerprint authentication.

For a multinational bank like SCB, this app is an embarrassment. The SCb website is way better and I don't see a single reason to install the app which seems to be a student project. It doesn't seem to be a native app, more like a synchronous html website compiled into a mobile app in haste. There is no offline functionality or caching, every click loads like an old website and it signsout frequently. Transparency is another issue with SCB in general. Check the FAB app to know how an app should

SC app experience wasn't good for me. As a credit user I have been using RAK, SIB,Citi, adcb and now SC. As per my experience SC a way more to go to competite in the market. 1. I can't apply for supplementary card through app. 2. Unable to chat with SC team even feature of chat is integrated in their app but not working. 3. Reward 360 always showing some technical issues. 4. Dragonpass app is not working which they given as an exclusive option to SC card holders. I will share card usage exp soon

This has got to be the worst banking app I have ever used and I've been banking online for a while (seen some real stinkers back in the day). Whoever designed this monstrosity needs to reevaluate everything they have ever done in life. Not one thing on this app works as advertised. Like seriously guys this is beyond horrible makes me wanna go to an ATM or god forbid an actual teller.
