It is not working anymore. Might require an update to the latest version. Can not auto update as well.Same issue, crashed app.
Each time you do a update the app, it stops working! It's shows an error message due to security reasons !!! Worst bank app ever!!!
App stopped working. Gives error code 6348 continually. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. Now I have to use actual website. Developers need to fix this.
Does not work App no longer functions. Maybe needs an update or bug fixes.
Hi, have u tested this app with andriod devices? It'd direct me to an upgrade button, press that and it brings me to my browser but nothing more. Seriously?
Application very poor for options. But it's probably the problem of Chinese rules for banks

Actually quite good and also in English which is easy for non native Mandarin speakers. One thing that is still missing though is access to credit card information (balances, transactions) - this can only be accessed via the website. Can you please include this in a next release? All modern banking apps nowadays have credit card info included.....
A really simple app, with some basic bank account browsing tool.
I tried to download this app from my local Standard Chartered branch and it systematically crashes. It is not possible to download either from the QR code scanned from Wechat. Quite disappointing when you are a new customer! Seeing the comments, it looks like it is a recurring issue for at least a week. Unacceptable really.
