Trying to login & send money via upi from app since yesterday but of no help. The app is popping up with customer service issue message. As it's my new salary account, had to set m-pin, but the OTP to set m-pin is not coming through. As result, can't use this account in other upi apps. I have to pay the bills, have money in the account but not helping as I can't transfer or settle the bills online. How can I trust your service in case of any emergency transactions?? Unreliable!!! Fix it!

All of a sudden, I am unable to login. Error Code #1008 is showing. From what I understood from the customer care executive, my One Plus 7T with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB ROM phone has stopped supporting this app just like that. Every other banking app is working just fine, don't know what is so special with this app. Now, I have to do all the banking stiff from my laptop.

Worst credit card... I'm not able to use the credit card for the past two months. I made an international transaction and i approved the same. Still my card is inactive. I have contacted 5 phone banking executive still not resolved. But I'm paying the annual fees. I'm going to file a legal suit against the bank if no action is taken. My card number ends with 3255.. Update 02/05/22 Still no update from the Standard chartered Bank regarding activation of my credit card. Worst banking

It's worst than HDFC bank app 🤦🏻 Slowness at the core... Mobile apps are for convenience and speed. But whenever I click on any button, that dots start rotating and keeps rotating... Nothing happens!! Even login is a big protest...!!

very bad user experience, when trying to open and redeem points in 360 reward under home and family category. App stopped responding and not even scrolling, it is crashing there. Please resolve the problem soon.

Changed my rating from 5 to 1. The experience has been pathetic since the past few weeks. The login screen takes forever to load. Even if it loads by some miracle then too it times out during login. I started using website instead. Please remove this app from Play Store if you can't fix it.

The app WAS working fine until a few weeks ago. Now, not able to even login into the app using the credentials that i have been using for years. Tried resetting the password, but would not allow, saying there is some problem with the servers. This has been the case for the past 1 week. When will you guys fix these problems? Unable to do transactions because of this. Bank will definitely lose customers if these problems persists.

What is wrong with the implementation of this app? I cannot update my mobile number easily. Everytime i login it ask for an otp on my number which i cannot update. Why are you playing with the users experience? You have recieved a lot of push back regarding that otp feature for login in the past. Why enable it again all of a sudden. It seems like you look for an opportunity to tease your users and irritate them on every release. Understand the basic issues

In app controls in the top bar are not working. I tried uninsatalling, deleting cache and then installing again. But still doesn't work. Kindly resolve the issue. Mobile OS is Android MIUI. Basis your reviews many users are facing this issue recently. I have been using the app for several years now. This issue has come up after installing the latest update.

No option to set mpin for quick login In-app. Controls like back button or menu bar doesn't work ! Pressing back button twice of the phone results in complete exit from the app. All these unnecessary efforts makes this app. unnecessarily complicated and time wasting! Useless app..Menu bar doesn't work. Useless app. Uninstalled at first. Installed 2nd time if they have improved but not to my surprise they haven't yet. Unable to login because they are offline for maintenance! Joke of the day!!!

With recent app updates, for every login, its asking to enter the otp to link the device with the app. But after entering the otp, error msg pops up saying couldn't be done now...write a mail etc etc which is very painful..Pls fix it ASAP

In this version the left side panel for all the menu is not working/responding. I can only view my balance in the app now. That's it. Edit: I am not able to access the menu if I am using my notch display. If I make it full-screen, then i can access. The issue is minor maybe, but needs to be fixed. I'm increasing the star rating to four now.

Bad user experience, Everytime you open the app you need to enter your user name and password. For credit card It won't show this month bill it always show till date bill. I guess SC should work on interface and some reporting stuff.

Important! Top menu bar does not functioning since last 2 updates. So I couldn't find options to transfer money. And I missed the credit card payment also. Today I see late payment charges but still the app remains to view transactions only. Please help for payments and waive off the late payment charges.

I'm using Standard Chartered's credit card more than last year. I always re-pay before due date. Even after receiving the payment before due date, the bank is charging interest on the last two months bill unnecessarily. All dues are paid at the right time but they are charging interest. I have to pay more amount every month. The bank is unnecessarily charging interest without looking at the payment status which is a form of harassment. This is not to be expected from Standard Chartered Bank.

App fingerprint login doesn't work. Fingerprint security is shown but it still asking for username and password even after successful scan. This problem was there for a long time in Android 10. This app is still using the older finger scan interface, please fix it.

Standard Chartered Credit Card is the worst I have ever used. They levy heavy undue charges on its customers. I have been using it since March 2021 and it has been 1 year now. Had not I got a 12 months EMI running on my account, I would have closed the card 6 months ago. Unfortunately, they have emptied my pockets so well that I'm not able to pay them the total outstanding at once, so I have to wait for the last EMI now to close the card and never use or recommend to anybody in my whole life.
