SC Mobile Nepal

Its like having an app which shows only the amount in your account.the login function does not work properly saved biometric login gets deactivated automatically and while doing bill payment the transaction goes to dispute and the time for the settlement take around months and transfer to other banks takes 2-3 days since i have used for 8-9 months this issue has not been solved yet i dont knw why but the SC is not maintaing its Standard😒

This is the dumbest app ever cuz apparently "digital" or "online banking" is developed to reduce the hassle of going to banks in conventional way right? The fund transfer takes 3-4 business days. Really?!?? Well I can go to ATM withdraw my money and deposit in another bank/ac in like an hour or so which is expected to be faster with app or "digital" no? And, what's the purpose of this app if it does not even have QR pay?

App with the most minimim features it does not allow anything, no phone pay, no qr pay, no top up system, no utility pay. Really need to step up your efforts. Its salary account thats why we continue using it or else no value using this bank. Thank you for some jnter bank transactio in atms or else its so difficult to access

Keep saying "Session already exists" and I am unable to access my account. Very bad interface too not easy to use.

The app interface is really slow it takes more than 5 second to reach in login place. Please update the app and make it better

Still don't see the bill pay section in the app despite all the ads and emails promoting it. Disappointed!!

The UI is not user friendly. The transfer to other bank takes 1 to 2 working days which defeats the purpose of digital transfer. There is no option to transfer to e-sewa. Need to have user perspective rather than only focusing on unnecessary extra security measures.

I think the app needs more modern technology. In compare to other online apps, it is rather slow, not bold and bright characters and not very user friendly. It needs to be upgrade to reach similar standard like other good online apps.

this app is one of the worst app for mobile banking. ALL OTHER MOBILE BANKING APPS THAT I USED ARE FAR BETTER THAN THIS APP. Seriously, this app should be scrapped and new app should be designed. I need to add beneficiary each time to make a transfer. this is just bullshet. i dont think security is the reason as i have not seen this in any other app.

It's just a waste of time Trying to login. I am not able to login with the username and password u provided. I could not transfer 💰 my balance to another account.i could not check my balance either. It's irritating

I am not being able to login to my account. In previous version I was logged in, after updating to the latest version I was automatically logged out and couldn't sign in again. No response from the Customer Care as well.

Worst app ever used. Very unfriendly and confusing user interface. And session always expires. Its stuck now. Just compare your app with other local Nepalese banking apps, your's is one of the worst.

I wish there was option for zero, even minus actually. No top up option, esewa or any other. Fingerprint was bare minimum to expect and this app failed to do that too

the app is not shown properly on my device. the bottom bit is shown black.too bad we cant upload images in the review otherwise i would have uploaded the img for better understanding.

Can't open the app. It says "The application is not supported on rooted devices" even though my device is not rooted. I installed a custom rom and this started showing.

Not so standard at all because many other smaller banks have greater features in their application than this, cant load in esewa, not so user friendly and many other problems as well..

I regret, there is no minus point to give them. Can't even get logged in my account, session error since more than months. Simply Bulshiiiiit App!

Useless app. Sesion expired. I am stuck. Switching to other bank. Will close my account as soon as I can.

can't find top up, recharge, bill payment and so on. that's why I found this applicarion is not so friendly.

Please make your app user friendly. Transactions are not shown in the app and takes time to update the latest transaction details.

there is no way to transfer to any e-wallet accounts. and UI is not very user friendly.

This banking app is worst banking app of Nepal This app neither support esewa nor anyother fonepay frequently. This app doesn't show us all the facilities like Nepal's other banking app. Completely useless app.

The app is stable and has all standard options. Also the UI is very beautiful.

Keeps on saying upgrade to latest version. But when I press upgrade, it just gives options of OPEN or UNINSTALL... Please have it fixed soon

Worst banking app ever seen. Not so convinent. For any inter bank transaction registration is required. lots of formalities.. do learn something from prabhu bank app and NMB bank app service. U dont satisfy your consumers needs.

Hire at least a app developer who can fix such very common and silly bug errors, Highly disappointed. Would rate 0 or even Negative if available.

Please fix the process or restting ID. In step 1 it asks your login ID pr relationship number but when i type my login ID it doesnot recognise it. It only looks for relationship number.
