Not user-friendly , online services terrible ,specaily online bill payment . Bad online payment platform. Not recommended.

Biometric login doesn't work after the update. Everytime i need to type user name and password. Feel like I'm in 80's. And it takes much longer time to log in by using password. What is the point of using an app if it's not user friendly. One of the worst banking apps.

The first time that I'm using the app. Can not find the credit card transaction. Poor design and user friendly. I think com digital is more effective in tracing the transactions

Since the update, the app is like your customer service, non existant. So many banks have done so much to aid people through this pandemic, but this bank is the worst. I would not even give a rating for this or your customer service, its quite shameful. Still unable to see credit card balance - waste of time, just like your customer care service...

The App is not device friendly. Certain features such as fingerprint login works with some but not with others, such as works with Huawei but not Samsung. Please rectify this.

Finger peont login is not available as usual and also it says service currently not available every time i try to login.. takes a long time to load the app in the forat place..

Bad customer service, thinks they are a premium brand while their employees are not updated of their own procedures and wastes alot of time of customers by providing wrong information

cannot register as where you have a box to confirm the terms and conditions have been read is inactive cannot tick and move forward to register

I try to download this sc Mobile app but I can't login it it's taking more times I try to many times but useless this is waste our time please do something.

this app gives us headaches when Samsung system upgrades happen. other banks mobile apps just work fine

Very basic app. What is the purpose of keeping such an app on mobile. Uninstalled.

The app does not seem to be functioning for over a month now.
