2. Remove OTP from Watchlist functions

Very bad experience with this SCB trading app. It's not stable with authentication login problem occasionally and yet it doesn't help to wait for half an hour just to speak with the agent who just ask you to uninstall and reinstall the app and also the phone SIM card.
Can you make the app work without the need to key in an SMS (similar to your SC mobile app for banking)? Or at least make it a bit more tolerant while we read the SMS OTP (in a different window) and come back to key in - currently the app just logs out making it difficult to use!
App rejected my log in using both finger print and password, even though it has worked before, Tried after days later still same issue and is not due to App needs update! No explanation whatsoever.
Not able to use the app since updating android update. it keeps crashing. pls do keep up with the update. this is a trading app. usage of is more crucial than it seems
App keeps crashing when trying to log in whether using fingerprint or manual. Only way to fix it to clear the app data and redo everything again. Please fix!
I am moving my money out of SC. What good is a trading platform when the required OTP is unable to send? You can use this app if you wish to be stuck in a trade, unable to buy/sell at crucial periods due to OTP not sending on time.
Crashing once updating to the new Samsung software. Uninstalled the app and I couldn't reinstall the app anymore. Big bug.
Worst app. Nobody from the bank is able to help. Forgot password too is not working through desktop. What's the point in spending dollars over technology
After auto update, my app cannot even run n open. keeps crashing the moment i tap on the app. pls do something about it
App keeps crashing when using biometrics login. SCB should look into this as it distrupts trading processes. Timing is key during trading and this app doesn't facilitate this, sadly..
Extremely disappointed with this trading apps & SCB. Had called SCB two weeks ago about the apps issue yet nothing was done by their apps engineer. Highly not recommended to using their trading platform, not reliable.
*updated after 2 months....* when is the update to stop the app from crashing because of the latest samsung update? how long does it take to repair this minor yet IMPACTFUL issue?? my god.....
Well done. After update, it just crashes and upon sign in attempt. Problem already lasted for weeks. Should fire everyone in your IT department.
Keeps crashing after the update. Reading the comments, I realised this issue surfaced as early as Jan 19 and there is still no update...
The dropdown menu for searching stocks doesnt work. When clicking on my selection, i go back to the homepage instead of getting to my stock's page
Worst app ever. Keeps shutting off when you want to buy/sell. Need to fix the bug please. Super annoying app
Cannot log in as it says the version is outdated. But in Google play store it shows this is the latest version.

the notification takes a while to update (set alert) once this has been improve. will revise to 5 stars

Now the app works fine with my Android 9 phone. It's indeed quite a good app with many useful functions. :-)
App always stopping/crashes esp after software update,using Note 9. Tried re installing but same problem.Any idea to address this problem?
Very prone to crashing and buggy. Trades sometimes get error and can't submit. Imagine the frustration. I'm stuck with this for now but I highly recommend you to look else where for your trading / investing needs.
