SC Telco Federal Credit Union

Used to work reliably, but as of recently that has changed. The app frequently opens to a blank home page. I cannot login, or do anything. The only fix seems to be uninstalling and reinstalling. Once it does load, everything seems to work fine.

I would like if the app had an option to show you your account and routing number. Also if you are making a late payment on a loan if it would prompt you to pay the late fee, i once made a late payment and was unaware of the late fee so my account got locked.

The app has become very unreliable, often opens to a blank page and I frequently have to uninstall it and download it again to get it to work. Since I check it several times a week, this is very inconvenient.

This app works well. It fits on my older LG phone, and gives me options to look at my accounts, transfer funds, and it even has check capture, which is very convenient during the COVID 19 pandemic.

This app stinks. They eliminated the fingerprint sign on, and their updates are so big that I had to delete the first app and re-install it, and STILL can't access my account. Why can't they just stop fixing that which is not broken? This app is totally worthless and I need a new bank. I miss SCTELCO...

Anderson federal credit union website was easier to use and I don't like Spendable balance. With Andfcu I could pay my credit card bill on the same app now I have to have a separate app for credit card and to make credit card payments why can't everything be on one app

This used to be a great app when it was SC Telco. Its been garage since Spero took over. Literally have to delete the app after ever login and re-install. Its so frustrating im seriously considering changing banks.

I love banking with SCTELCO. In the app, you are given the option to deposit your check via photo. Super convenient, Very easy.

Cant get the app to load at all after the last update.Unusable at this point. Used SCTelco's app for several years without trouble.

Problem ...newly downloaded, yet suddenly won't let me log in. Says changed were made, to see webpage. Webpage has no related info. App shows no updates available.

This app works great in helping me maintain my finances. I only wish it would show everything that has been deducted. Sometimes it takes a day or two for you to know exactly what was deducted.

In all my yrs of banking with them 25-30yrs I've not had these problems. Now I have to pay a fee and more so now I can't get signed back in after having to reinstall app

App was ok until the past few days and opens to a blank screen and does not appear to show how to contact anyone online to report issues only phone.

App needs to be tip notch since no one will answer the phone at the credit union. EVER! Impossible to get someone on the phone. App needs lots of improvements.

This app is useless. Never works. Spero never answers their phones and getting in touch or resolving anything online takes an Act of Congress. Horrible Credit Union with the worst service. Switched.

It does everything I need it to. I really like being able to deposit checks electronically. I also like having instant access to my balances.

This used to work well then it was sc Telco but since they changed it it works once or twice then I have to Uninstalle it and then download it again every time

Still trying to set up bill pay unsuccessfully so ill probably go to a different bank cannot call through to the bank i use all calls go to a different place i want to deal with persons ive dealt with for over 15 years

Easy to use, convenient and I can access my funds anywhere and anytime! Happy that SC Telco is integrating more technology into their banking.

Doesn't automatically update when you open the app. It locks you out. Too many complications now.

This app is bad. Glitches all the time to the point where you can not even log in. App needs alot of work.

Until this last update app worked great. Since the last update app crashes on opening. It is now useless to me.

Dont like. Should have been left alone. Was fine the way it was. I think these changes are made so someone can make a lot of money implimenting them.

Spero Financial is absolutely terrible, I never had issues with SC Telco. I've been a member for over 20 years but I'm closing my account and finding another bank to do business with.

Good app for paying my loan and checking my account on the go, wish it had a fingerprint option for a bit more security though.

Great app but the loading process can be iffy after updates. Sometimes the page will come up blank.

It's a great app and very easy to use. I love the option of being able to transfer my money. But it's a little slow.

When the app was sctelco it worked great. It's trash now. Opens to a blank page often.
