I like this app, it interfaces with my digital scales really well. However, it does need a few extra features. You cannot export all of your data for charting your progress (as far as I can see). I'm not sure how well it will migrate between phones and the export options are very limited or culturally specific. For general readouts though it's pretty good.
Find the app statistics strange. The app states that I am "Fit" but bordering "mild obesity", at the same time states I need to put on "2.5" kg in weight. I was hoping for an app I could take seriously, shame this isn't it. Take this app with a pinch of salt !
The last figure in the Trend chart is always meaningless although its position looks correct. The developers Vtrump haven't bothered to reply to me. Disappointing! Since reporting this problem on March 18, there has been a comment from the manufacturer and I have received at least one update, but the problem is not fixed as at April 30. So still Disappointing!
I despise this app. I would uninstall it in a second if it wasn't the ONLY app my blue tooth scale will link to. The "goals" are ridiculous. Unless you are a waif underweight child, the goal weights, etc. are completely insufficient. Use accurate data so people can have realistic, attainable and HEALTHY goals. Overall, very un-user friendly and ridiculous data. Useless for people wanting to reach healthy weight goals.
App doesn't even connect through Bluetooth. There's no option in settings to connect. The FAQ are absolutely irrelevant FAQs. It says the app will connect automatically if your Bluetooth is on. Well, that's wrong. It doesn't do bugger all.
Enjoying so far. Bought really cheap scales (£17) and this is the app suggested with them. Had issue connecting to scales first time but worked great after restarting the app and allowing necessary permissions to kick in. My partner set all up for himself with no problems first time. Weight doesn't seem to be syncing back to Google Fit at the moment but I will report back if still not working after some patience and fiddling
I can measure myself with no problem (although is shows a very different number of fat % to my previous scale) but when I switch accounts to my parent's, his only shows his weight and BMI and keeps saying that the physical fitness report has failed. We checked everything that could have been a problem and they were all fine so I don't get why it doesn't work for him...? We've had this scale since last summer and it didn't work for him from the beginning.
I was told to uninstall and re install and it's worse now. I was having trouble with the Fitbit connection and now it wont load the fit bit page at all. finally did upload after trying 10btimes and doing this for an hour. but still having the same issue. I get to the allow or deny and I click allow and nothing happens.
Got a scale from Amazon. Set up with One Plus 6T and Android 9 was pretty easy. Everything started off in metric but possible to change to imperial. The voices sound bad though. Would suggest the developers to use the Google voice.
I've seen a few bad reviews on needing an app, if you don't like it, buy a basic scale. Not sure on the accuracy of the information but it gives a great snapshot on what you are currently. Will continue to use! Great job developers!
Over half the times I try to weigh myself, only my weight is recorded with no additional metrics. When it does actually record the other metrics, they are very inaccurate! The app says that my body fat percentage is over 30%, but I am around 20%.
No way to change the time zone, so often my weigh ins on different days register as the same day and don't graph. Poor translation makes some data hard to interpret. Overall it measures what it claims to, but needs fine tuning.
The app doesn't ask for Bluetooth so it can't even connect through my phone to the scales, a pointless buy. If you can fix this, I will give 5 stars and I really wanted this to work. But until then
The app is absolutely rubbish at the moment. I have been signed out of my account. I have requested the code to reset, which has been received and entered into the resetting password page, only to be told it's wrong or has expired. The code I have entered is DEFINITELY the code I was given and I have entered it well within the 10 minutes it's states on the email containing the code. I have even entered the code well within the 60 SECONDS it gives you on the actual re set page.
This app is useless, not only does it not compare weight loss week in week out it hardly functions at all. Was it written by a monkey in a zoo because that's the response I get from it. You can shove it back into the coconut where you plucked it from and go back to code school.
I generally enjoy the app but it's recently being telling me to weigh myself without socks on for full data but I'm not wearing socks
I'm sure designers had a lot of fun imagining how they can remind people that they are fat in every step and metric of this app. And also all these "scans" and metrics are complete gimmick. Try testing it by going to the toilet or drinking a glass of water and see how your "skeletal mass" and "protein" changes :) And don't forget - it's ALL about the fat and weight loss. Why did you buy scales in the first place?
After the upstate, all records are gone and I have to re-register to use this app. The scale works perfectly so I give it another try but if it happens again, I just uninstall the app.
Can't Register - HELP I cannot get the app to register an email/password. I enter my info and click continue and it spins and spins and finally flashes 'Network Error'...We have tried on several different phones with the same results. Please help!
Works good. Just wish the was a way to clear data.
Was ok for around 6 months, did the job but then after the update on 8 May 2020 my scales stopped connecting to my phone. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, checked permissions and am running a compatible Android OS. Changing to OKOK app now.
Keeps losing your connection so won't show weight scale. Bluetooth on and scans but can't find. Works for a few days the disappears for days.
Accurate for. Weight, bmi, skeletal muscle rate, and visceral fat. The other vitals greatly differ from the professional device at the gym. As for the app, pleased it imports automatically to Google Fit though not Samsung health. To pair with the scale, just install app and enter your vitals.
Installed the app from the QR code with the apk. Didn't connect to Bluetooth at first. Then I got it to connect, but it didn't connect to Google Fit. Uninstalled and reinstalled from Play Store. That worked.
Works great. Looks like all the bugs have been worked out. Really cannot fault the app and love the look of the actual scale
First time I connected this app with my Bluetooth scales it took about 5 minutes of trying before they synced. Since then I've synced once per week and it's taken between 5 and 15 minutes to sync. This morning I was trying for nearly 45 minutes and still I can't get them to sync. There's no indication that it's trying, and there's no error to tell me it's failed, or why. It just sits at the syncing screen. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and re-starting. Very frustrating!
