Scanner App To PDF - TapScanner

very useful app and good quality of features for scanning sharing editing etc. BUUUUT everytime I need to use it I lose insane amount of time closing pop up buy premium screens. scanning a document in 2019 should be a fast and easy process and it seems like we are losing time trying to reach the content. yes advertise it once or twice but why spam it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I love the app but I uninstalled to use another that is more practical. edit: restoring purchases dialog takes 30 seconds alone.

A life saver. Honestly made my life so much easier. I was able to take a picture of my documents, and it automatically makes them look very clear and professional. I was then able to convert the 25 page file into a PDF. The PDF was too large to upload to the site I needed so this app let me split the PDF and automatically labeled the 2 files. I am not tech savvy at all but this is very very user friendly. I highly recommend this app. I will be using it for everything! Thank you !!

I would like to request a full refund! 😤 I am greatly disappointed! In my 3 days trial, the pictures were not converted to PDF immediately. The first time I used it, the pictures that I manually scanned were lost. And you deducted P2,490 in my account for one year subscription?! 😠 I will not be using this application anymore and the money is a big waste for me! I emailed Google Play but my complaint was rejected. 🙄 The next day, I sent an email to this app's support team, no one responded!

One of the best scanning apps I've ever seen! It's got anything and everything in one convenient app. The capabilities of this app are astonishing, to say the least. It has so many features and tools besides, just the obvious scanning tool. WHEN scanning it document u r also using precision tools, along with an automatic crop lines as u scan it document and so much more! Please keep up the awesome job that u do and the astounding app that y'all created! Ty!!!

I was bummed about the cost at first. but omg, this app is worth it! the versatility of the built in features like e signature, single or multi page scanning. the auto settings make it stupid easy to scan something at a high quality. I dont think I'll ever use my actual scanner again unless it's like 15+ page document.

I've accidentally purchased the subscription by missing 1 day after the 3 day trial which is almost 50 euros, automatically subscribing me for a year. After contacting support, I havent received any replies. Amazon at least returns you the money in such situations, but this is a trap app, because it doesn't allow you to actually scan unless you try the trial, scammy business model.

In order to try the 3-day trial it wanted my credit card details which is always a bit of a worry. Having given them this app couldn't access my HP scanner which didn't even show. It asked me if I wanted to scan from my pads camera. No dickwad! Android already has a function to do that - I don't need to pay £37.99 for the privilege!

Terrible experience, even though I cancelled the 3 day trial in time, they still charged me the full amount for a year subscription! I contacted them two times since then, still no reply! Unproffessional to the max!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Its amazing the first time you use it, but the moment the free trials over its useless and spams you with ads and begs you to buy premium. You can hardly share or save anything without premium. Theres so many scanning ads out there just try ur luck with another one.

The free version is a useless piece of junk, as you can't save the document outside the app and there is a limit of only five pages to share. Also, most of the features are locked and it's always nagging for subscription.

Update: how to unsubscribe Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel. Open the Google Play app . At the top right, tap the profile icon. Tap Payments & subscriptions  Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions.

I signed up for the trial and it charged the full price of the product after advertising the trial to me and registering it on my phone as a trial but still charging me. I now lost just under R800.00. Money I desperately need as a student. If I could give it a zero star I would.

I would like to request for a full refund as well, i was charged of 2,490 without any confirmation. i feel like i was robbed, 2,490 is a lot for me these days because it is very hard to earn. and i have no intention to purchase the app. and i already emailed you guys but there is no response at all... very disappointing!

Wow, the scanning feature on this app is seriously super impressive. After I did the first page, I literally said outloud to my wife like "holy moley, that's impressive!" Nice going people! Whoever came up with this app did a great job! I haven't even tried any other features yet, but even if everything else on the app turns out to be horrible you guys would still have an amazing app just from this scanning feature alone. It works so well.

Utterly frustrated that I've been billed for a year's subscription during an accidental in-app purchase. There are so many sudden and unexpected pop- ups as part of the trial version of which one sadly resulted in a purchase. This was not intended at all. Despite reaching out to the helpdesk several days ago; no feedback received. I feel cheated and bullied into this purchase. Way overpriced too. What a distasteful experience

Subscribed to the free trial period to test the app and they charged me for the subscription. Then, I cancelled within the free period (the same day) but they didn't give me the refund. Tried to contact the support but they only gave automatic answers(by email) Be careful if you're going to test the paid version.

Never had a negative experience. Always worked when i needed a quick scan to send documents. Toda it failed me in the worst way possible, urgent document was needed and the app decided to not let me through the pro version ad no "X", nothing. Really disappointed

The app is a just an entire gigantic paywall, you cant do anything without spending money, so I think this borders on scam, as they first allow you scan your document but as soon you try to download it, it says you reach the share limit. If you also move the storage to your microsd the app stops working.

Poor quality scans compared to other, free apps. No option to cancel subscriptions in app so it feels like their business model revolves around trapping the customer into at least 1 $50 premium payment while they drag their feet on canceling your premium subscription. Avoid this app; there are other, better ones which will earn your money, not try to steal it.

$50 per year for a phone scanner is ridiculous. There are free alternatives that work just as well, or just buy a decent physical scanner for just $100 that will give you much higher quality and not charge you a recurring subscription fee.

Not sure what people are complaining about does exactly what it should and does it well. Free trial can easily be canceled in play store by checking your subscriptions and payments, which they also tell you when you install.

If you got caught by the 3 day trial and are struggling to cancel.. Try this.. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap your name at the top > Subscriptions. Select Scanner Pro. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see such an option, this means the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

The options we get while sharing image as jpg we are getting sharing options vertically right side of the apps. If we could get those options horizontally it would be better and easy to use

I really like the app. I signed up for a free trial however after 3 days they will charge you $50. I do not need it passed the 3 days and there's no where it seems that you can easily cancel the subscription. So now I have to wait on an email back from them and just pray they respond promptly and not after the 3 day trial has ended so I could successfully cancel my subscription WITHOUT being charged unessacary. It was working well, wanted to see how it was with the paid subscription but I found it that it was not worth the amount paid so I cancelled my subscription within the trial period but I was still charged €44.99 for the yearly subscription. I sent an email to have this rectified and 3 days later, No response . Very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Enjoyed the app so i subscribed to the 3 day premium trial to test it out and see if i wanted the year of it. They immedietely charged me for the year instead of waiting until after the 3 day trial was up . And now im fighting to get my 53 dollars back even though i canceled the trial not even an hour after the issue .

Recently I had my worst experience. I have booked one hotel via online(2378) booking. That hotel rejected my online booking,they said cancelled the service in three months ago. We extra paid(1500) to stay in there. Please refund my amount. I extremely disappointed with your scam.
