member service was very helpful in trying to help resolved my issue with the app. In the end many of my others apps had start to not work properly after the last android OS 9 update. Backup my app on google and factory reset my phone and all seem to be working properly now.
Sucka for Android devices. Can't see how many untested devices I have, bar code scanner only works sideways does not operate when holding phone right side up. Please fix
App crashes when I fail a device. Drops connection with socket scanner. Have to restart phone and scanner.
App let's me login but just sits there and shows initializing and never boots up
We use for all of our fire inspections and Marshalls and our clients prefer the accuracy too.
Love the app, wouldve gotten 5 stars if the delayed scanned work. I've tried every delay from 5 to 25 seconds and still doesnt work so I have to manually check devices off. Fix or help? Found the remote and delay scans. Can you add that to the main screen with the list of devices/scans instead of having to go to that settings screen Everytime? Would make it more user-friendly, I'm on Android. IOS has it
ScanSeries constantly crashes when attempting to update, replace or add devices to the building report.
Could you please make this app to where the screen will rotate horizontally? That would be very helpful.
Don't like the new update, every time I pass/fail a device, all the categories open back up. Also I had to log in twice to send 2 reports. Otherwise pretty good.
I try to log in on my Motorola Droid Maxx 2 but nothing happens. Only works on my iPad and PDA.
Works great when it works. App locked up for no reason. Loss a bunch of data. Had to delete and reinstall. Lame.
Still deletes preceding zeros on device numbers!, when you upload the report the zone list is all messed up! Also why cant there be a button that takes you to camera scan instead of menu then camera scan. Also Bluetooth scanner support would be great, just use SSP.
The old PDA info was so limited this is 100 times better.
This app just flat out doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy S 5. Works just fine on the company iPad though.
I had a problem uploading my report which I fixed by uninstalling and re installing the app. Jason was quick to respond and got the report uploaded for me while I figured out a way to fix it.
App is doing great. Glad that our techs now have access to this. Makes things a lot easier not having to worry about carrying another device and also me sure it charged. Thanks jason for keeping us up to date.
Do you plan to return the ability to delete a building from the device in a future version?
Issues after 24 hours being installed. Devices edit screen is blank at times. Will not allow to pass or fail devices after scanning
Makes life much harder, takes 3X longer to input information, extremely difficult to see important information you need during inspections, very easy to mess things up and hard to correct. Pre-defined items are useless and difficult to navigate. There is no way to view and edit multiple devices. Devices are not organized very well making it difficult to find. The reports are extremely confusing and I get lots of complaints regarding the format.
