login page is terrible. you should combine all apps into one with a country selector like hsbc has. the error, you sre logged in else where try after 10 minutes is incorrect. i closed the app and instead of just updating device that is logged in and kicking the other device off, i need to wait more than 10 minutes. needs global transfers like hsbc for instand transfers between own accounts worldwide instantly.
Was able to use it then upgraded my OS to Android 11 and realised everyone else has this issue.. SC tech team probably didn't anticipate this change but then again, I need the app to do my banking needs especially transferring of funds.. when I use mobile web, it says I can't do it on mobile web.. so errrrr I have to use the desktop mode of my web to continue with my transaction.. very inconvenient indeed but what's the use of the app if I can't use it.. hmm
Hi the crashing issue happens again with android 12.
New user interface seems clean and easy to use, but the experience is extremely slow… 2020/3/31 Update: the performance is better but there are room for improvement
The app always says I input the incorrect username and password. I always have to go to the bank and sort it out. It's very inconvenient and unacceptable.
Can't use at all.... (Update on 9/22: It is still not working on Android 10 with Google pixel. Managed to send system log to your Android support channel and wish your team will fix it)
Stupid software you should fire your IT department, upgrade wouldn't install and I cannot use my apps now. I am seriously think about leaving Standard Chartered Bank for good because this kind of IT service is unacceptable.
everytime the app renew, it delete all my personal info and i can't even lock in to the app.The app is also very buggy

Seriously? Even a 12 child could make it better, you guys need to consider how to improve the user experience for your mobile app product. Please don't use the old financial experience to fabricate the product which is born to Internet.

I can't see my bank account number in the foreign currency section. This is the only deficit about your app. Hope to see some improvements from the updated version in the future.
