This app is the worst I have had to work with. Followed all of the instructions and still not able to get to show up on my phone. It may look wonderful to those who live in the tech work, but too busy and lacking in simplicity for us older members. I have changed my password four times and still cant get it to appear on my phone. The verification voice and I are getting to be friends. First it took me to State college, then South Carolina. I give up. score -5.

Very abrupt update to a new app with little communication and a completely new set of credentials to log in with compared to the old app. Old app stopped working but new app was inaccessible for a while as well. Very frustrating. May update the stars once I am able to log into this app

I really appreciate the updates and new info available in the app. It's easy to navigate and I can pretty much do all that I need to in the app instead of in person, a necessity in the current conditions.

I don't like the inaccuracy of the savings accounts balances between different areas of the app but the mobile deposit feature updates are awesome and the rest of the new app as well.

I like the new app however for mortgage and heloc I would like to see more info ... maybe a calculator for estimating when loan matures vs when it will actually be paid off... along with current interest savings..

Not working at all. I have had the app for a year now ut won't load on my phone. Shows me a white screen and doesn't move forward.

Personal and careful customer assistance is why I love this place. The only issue they are still working on is faster transfer times from other banks.

It's easy to use and it has a user-friendly interface. Credit unions are awesome (this one moreso)!

I use the app often, works great! I've been with SCFCU for years, it's a great place to bank.

The app is great, because I have direct deposit I rarely need to go to the store and can do everything from my phone

This new app is making my banking at SCFCU more pleasant. I can now do all my transactions on my phone without having to drive to the bank.

Love the easy app. Also when I needed help I just went into the bank, and got all the help I needed

They have helped me in various transactions when i really needed it all were very curtious and professional great place to bank

No access to my accounts once again, this time with no warning. Unreliable!

Everyone there whenever I go inside or if I need to call have been very helpful with me I would recommend think about federal credit Union to anyone who likes credit unions. I think there must more personal bank.
