Fingerprint never works. Always asks for authentication. Happens on multiple devices.
This app is horrible..It threw me out last week..went to IT and they screwed me up even more..still can not get in ..have uninstalled and installed 20 times.. they tell me I over exceed my limit.. They say my info is wrong and yet it works on my Tab device..Dont like Tab device set up..prefer to be able to check my balance and stuff on my phone..still have to wait and wait and not get in. Used app for a few yrs..you guys updated it and it sucks.
Very buggy tech support couldn't even help me they told me to wait out the fact that it asks me for extra security code every time same device as always but this is normal. Smh
Fingerprint never works for logging on. Works on all my other apps.
App opens up to a blank white screen. Completely broken for me after the last update.

It's to hard to log in
the app hasn't worked in months since i got the pixel 2xl. it just says the service is temporarily unavailable when i open it up. i haven't managed to sign in yet.
Nothing but problems since recent update fix it already
Since the update I can only sign in once any other attempts force me to restart my phone to log in

I've only user it for check deposit, but it's great for that. Saves me lots of trips to the bank!
This app is terible. Super buggy and unpredictable....only works half the time. uninstall reinstall doesn't help. often gets stuck and have to restart the entire phone. Aggravating enough to make me consider switching banks someday.
