Schedule Auto Sync and Save Battery
Why this app?
The app simply enables the auto sync function at the time specified by you.
After the set interval, the app disables the auto sync function.
Since the syncing is done every day (or after the interval you set), it won't take more than 5 minutes to sync everything.
Most people don't sync their phone ever, and their data like contacts, emails, and data from other apps is never synced to Google servers. Because of this, they lose all of this data if something happens to their phone.
And the people who enable syncing, just turn it on once and forget to disable it. The constant syncing with the cloud drains a lot of battery, and the battery life is greatly affected.
This app runs the syncing process only for a small duration every day, so you get the best of both the worlds.

* You can also set your custom interval
Syncing Duration:
* You can set any duration for which the syncing should take place.

so far so good. only sync schedule apparently that really works. wish Google would build this option in their apps. Microsoft used to have an email apparently that did. props to developer!
As described. It enables the sync setting at the desired time them disables when finish. No ads. Used it for 3 days with no issues on my Galaxy S10.
So far so good.. Says what it does.. Took away one star for limited options.. For eg sync while charging could be a great add on & make it a 5 star app
Agood app - if not working for you it is probable you are not setting it right. It works on a 24 hour clock so, for example, 2PM is 1400 hours(2 hours past 12PM), 3:15PM is 15:15 hours(3 hours and 15 minutes after 12PM) and so on. If you are not used to thinking of time in that way it can be a bit of a challenge but not difficult - for some it will be second nature. Anyway, if you set the sync start time and duration time correctly it will work fine(just as it says). Cheers.
This does exactly what I need. I sync gmail once an hour instead of eating up battery and data. Samsung S8 running Android pie.
Looks promising, just one question, without disabling the function, if the phone is rebooted, will having the schedule activated again, double the execution of the same process?
Does the job and is quite simple to use. I just wish that it had more ways to set schedules, like every certain number of hours or on specific days of the week.
Only needs to keep the schedule on after phone restart, and an app sleep time option, and data save option.

Great for saving battery life and still syncing accounts on the device.
Great app, does exactly what it says. You just need to make sure Android doesn't apply battery optimization on it and your are all set. No need to worry about sync anymore.
