Bad keeps putting the wrong address even though ive put the pin on my house and if also searched my house it still puts a wrong address
I think it is charging more fare than Uber app for same distance when I am booking through this app

Once again...I tried an app that said I could schedule ahead of time...not available in my city. There were plenty of actual ubers, but for some reason I could not book them ahead. Bs. I'm SOL Response: Of course i canceled it! Are you serious?? The ride was for an immediate pickup, as I'm sure you could see if you actually looked. Clearly i said there were plenty of immediate rides available but I was trying to book for the future but it wouldn't let me. Did you not understand that in my review? Me canceling my IMMEDIATE pickup (which was me testing it out) has nothing to do with my problem. I could not book ahead. I did not once in my review say that I had a problem booking for an immediate pickup...but that's clearly not what I was trying to use the app for (as per my first review). Maybe now you can come up with a solution, since I had to break it down for you.
The app was easy to use and scheduled a taxi, however the booking I wanted to make was pretty critical, so I wanted to be absolutely confident it was booked. There was an issue with my displayed destinations too. I contacted the help and within 10 minutes I had a holding response and then a fix. Absolutely awesome service and as a result I'd totally recommend this app.
It doesn't really schedule your uber until approximately 15 minutes prior the actual pickup time. For that case just book it directly with Uber...

My Uber app didnt allow me to schedule rides so I was a bit cautious using this app. But it worked great and I throughly recommend it.

Wanted to schedule an Uber for an early time and and I'm on the edge of the service area. A driver accepted near the time, arrived early and I wasn't hit with surge pricing that was going on. Worked as promised.
I was able to pre schedule my Uber ride and had no complications.
Working great so far. No issues and schedules rides as needed.
I love this app, though it requires few enhancements but it has saved me lot of time and headache. I always have my uber at my door in time with out even opening uber.
The app keeps freezing up and kicking me out. I tried to uninstall/reinstall, restarting my phone...nothing fixed it. I get the error "Unfortunately, Kommen has stopped. >:(
Called for a ride the day before and things seemed to be working well. Driver was 10 minutes from arriving and then cancelled the ride! On top of it, when I tried to get another ride, there was not one available in uber x or uber xl (which was the reason why I wanted to request one ahead of time in the first place)!!! Frustrating and disappointing.
I downloaded the app and made a pick up reservation. It was a critical reservation in that I needed to make a flight. As far as I can tell, the app gives you no acknowledgement that you'll actually be picked up. For that reason, I made other arrangements. In fact Uber driver did arrive and charge me for not being there. I think this app is fatally flawed in that you can't tell if a my reservation has been received or will be kept.
Pretty decent app, now I don't have to wait until the last minute to schedule an uber.
All worked out as scheduled.
