We use this app at work and has been a little awkward but generally decent way to look at my schedule. The update today, though, converted viewing my schedule from a weekly list of which shifts I work each day to a calendar view. This looks better but loses functionality since I now have to click through each day to see the shift I'm working. I suppose this isn't a problem for if you only work one shift, but for those with variable shifts this is a downgrade in function.

some features that are needed: 1. a better view option similar to what you'd see online and not just an employee list. 2. the ability to update a schedule via the app 3. the ability to run some reports such as coverages 4. the ability to send messages for shift coverages and so the employee can automatically grab a shift and the schedule would auto update without the manager having to enter (at least having that option)

Why is this app so bad and getting worsse? App rarely opens on the first try. ALWAYS says check my connection. Have no other problems with other apps. Retry button will not go away until I restart my phone. Update. This app continues to get worse and worse. Haven't been able to open it for the last 2 days. Not only me but co workers as well.

This used to be a good system. Not being able to see my full week is detrimental to my planning. I now have to click on each day and only see the schedule by day. There is no option to go back to the original way. Please bring back the 7 day individual forecast! ****Update**** Thank you for giving the option to view 7 days again. Much needed and more user friendly.

This app is prob one if the worst apps I have ever seen but I have to use it for work. The ability to change your schedule and actually schedule shifts in the app would be awesome and the ability to sync with google or iphone calendars would be optimal.

New design is awful. I used to be able to see my entire week in one screen. Now I have to click on each individual day. As a Healthcare worker who works in multiple departments with different start times, this is an annoying feature that was introduced with the update.

Functions well, just have to click the View button in the upper right corner to get a weekly overview of your schedule instead of the monthly view. Thank you for bringing that back - it was very irritating without it!

App was good until the new update. Bring back the option to see your work week at a glance or make it more obvious what days you work on the new calendar. If you work Monday through Friday 8 to 5 it might not be that big of of deal, but for those that do not have a fixed shift or work nights it's an pain. Have not met anyone who likes the new updates at my office.

Ever since the update it has been difficult to understand. Notes are not seen under my name anymore, I can't tell who is working with me today, and the configuration of staff has no order. The update has definitely made the app useless aside from communicating with my leadership but then I can always email them. Please fix this app.

Need more options to look at your schedule. I like to see mine in monthly format. I can't see my past request offs dates. This helps me know if I put in for something already. I used when to work with previous employer and app is much more user friendly and up to date.

This app is better than the web based application in many ways, eg. it doesn't users out quickly and it highlights Today's date. It's straightforward, but works well.

Crashes too much, doesn't load most of the stuff I need to access, very poor functionality. Website access is great, app leaves a lot to be desired.

Horrible, unable to see my weekly schedule at a glance, don't like the new update, needs to link with Google calendar for better scheduling for people who have families and work in Healthcare. I'm a mom of 3 kids who have school schedules, work schedules, my own schedule, plus medical schedules for 5 people and having to look through 3-5 different calendars to make appointments or plans is difficult. Please accommodate this.

absolutely love it able to access my schedule anytime from anywhere obviously LOL I'm able to see what other coworkers available shifts , perfect for when i need to switch. able to send requests to the scheduling manager.

Is there a way to revert to a previous version?? This latest update got rid of the ability to view my weekly schedule. I work in Healthcare and need that feature. PLEASE RETURN THAT OPTION

Solid app but since the last update it makes me login every time I open the app. Seriously annoying especially since it never occured before Otherwise a really useful tool

This app makes it easy for me to see when my employees work and respond to requests. If I make schedule changes, I can re-post the schedule and notify employees of the changes.

The update made this app very inconvenient to use. The layout change made it far more cumbersome to find basic information. I would not recommended this application.

Not sure why they changed the layout. At least give the option to go back to the previous layout where I can see the entire week without having to click on each day

Since the update the web page is not found. Always has an error of http 404.0. Before the last update it worked great.

Not very useful if you can only view one day at a time. Would be much better if you could see one month at a time in a calendar format

Bring back the option to see weekly schedule and not day to day. Tapping each individual day is a much more inconvenient way to know my schedule.

The latest update to the user interface is terrible. It is no longer possible to see a weekly breakdown of your schedule.

Who designed the look of this app? Find a new person to make it. I havent met anyone where i work who thinks it is a good design. Im forced to use this garbage by my overlords and i demand a better product. Now please.

Good app, but the latest update ruined the "my schedule" page by making it a less-useful monthly view.

Better off using the website. The app only lets you see one day at a time.

The app was good until this last update. Cannot see all content now. Fix this or start losing customer's.

New update is awful. Functionality this app once has is gone. They need to change it asap.

I use this app for work but it was giving me PROBLEMS opening so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now its saying pending download why!!!

HATE HATE HATE the new "my schedule format!!!!!! we should the option to view it week by week not just my month! I looked at the week by week format ALL the time, i took screen shots to send to my parents so they could plan things around and didnt hafta ask me all the time if i work tomorrow, PLEASE bring that back!!!!!
