I do NOT know why the coaches use this app. It's terrible. It has never worked for me since Freshman year & now my son is a Senior. It still puts his supposed schedule into my calendar as the FRESHMAN A team schedule, instead of the VARSITY schedule! I can't remove it because R1 put it in there. There is no way to contact y'all, there is no way to correct this for my son & for our schedule. Do y'all not look at the age or grade or level that the boys are in before you just send out the calendar & put it in our calendars?? There is no way to correct this from our end on your app Or on the website. Very Frustrating!
Logged in on the web link the coach sent with my Google account. Unfortunately that's not an option on the mobile app. So now it's totally unuseable to me. If I try to reset my password it says there has been an error, if I try to reregister, it says the email address is taken. - email to support sent.
App was working fine a few months ago. I have updated to the current version. After attempting to log-in i continue to get this message: Error App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.
Log in still broken, already emailed you the following: On the log in page, I click "Parent". A new page loads, it shows the option to log in using Facebook or email and password. I clicked the Facebook option and was asked to sign in with an email and password I click into the field to enter my email or password and a prompt comes up asking if I want to use Samsung pass to auto fill with my thumbprint. This site is terrible. My wife can't access it. She types in her email and gets a no such user error. Then when she tries to register again, her email name is taken. And she receives emails saying she has messages, log in to read. Neat trick considering her email doesnt exist isnt it?
This app crashes and closes every time I click on an event or game on the schedule. It doesn't play well with my Samsung. 😫
App will not even launch. Updated phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app, still crashes even with app update. Support does not seem to respond. VERY FRUSTRATING
I can't find my student. It won't let me do anything other than add student. What's the point of having the other selections if it's just going to take me to ADD STUDENT menu? WHICH I CAN'T! It's a JV student, so does that change anything?
Signed up on the web version using my Google login. Google does not show as a login option on the app and using my email and password does not work because I registered with the Google login. App is unusable at this point.

Just got an email that i have a message and installed the app and it keeps force closing and u can't log in online either...no bueno
From the get-go the thing won't let me in I put my email in and it says it's already been used I put it in to restset my password and this is error with email

I guess thats where my assumptions get me. Thanks for the quick fix, response and understanding for my grumpy disposition. **Post 2-Response to the Response: I downloaded the app, today. Today is the same day I left the review. There are no updates. From the momnt the app was installed on my phone it has not opened.
Facebook login is still broken. Deleted and reinstalled, but still getting App in development mode error.

i cant search for my kids at all when it says pick a state it jus says 0 and wont allow me to seach a state nor does a keyboard pop up to search manually.

I have had this app since last school year & it has yet to work.
The add a student process is unnecessarily difficult, the school search has no way to actually search only scroll and if you are unlucky enough to have a school near the end of the alphabet it takes forever to get to it. Make it searchable and add a slider bar function to speed up the process.
