It's generally a good app.however, the phone and email links no longer work after the last update and this app takes a painfully long time to load. it takes between 60 and 90 seconds to load every time I open it .That's using LTE mobile data on a Google Pixel phone. That's crazy slow by moden standards .Personally, i would rather have a scheduling app that was quick and reliable then one filled with bells and whistles and options that I rarely ever use
Using your web browser is much more efficient and less stressful than this app. Doesn't refresh, and there's no manual refresh button. You have to close and reopen the app. Some of the features, such as pressing a link to contact clients doesn't work. The schedulicity booking system as a product is nice though.
The app is glitchy. I don't like that I can't see all providers on 1 page. When I'm trying to schedule multiple clients it s a pain. The android app freezes all the time. I've cleared cache, and reinstalled and it always happens. All therapists working should appear in one page in computer and app. Other than that, its great
Have been using this app for 3 years and other than it being horrendously slow I have no complaints. That was until this last update..... will not open, all I get is a white screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone....still doesnt work. Fix it please as I am going back to work on Tuesday and need it for my appointments!
The app has become terrible. It has always been slow and leggy but they just updated it and while the new changes are great the app moves soooooo insanely slow. I love this company soooo much but a.so frustrated by how inefficient the app is. I need to be able to book quickly and get my clients out the door. Waiting for loading issues is getting old. :(
Broken since last update. As Sara Bee reports, the app won't open. Just a blank page with a few lines of text asking if you're sure you want to cancel the latest promotion. This is causing me daily stress and negatively impacting my business. If I can't quickly enter an appointment someone else could book it and I will be losing angry clients. A Schedulicity "Rock Star" told me the investigation is being "escalated". It's been over a week so far. Update: It is now two weeks since the fatal update broke the business app. It had worked perfectly on my phone prior to that. I am now researching other scheduling services as I am not sure the developers will be able to fix this. Schedulicity kindly offered us a one month credit but I stand to lose a lot more money due to potential scheduling snafus. Sad.. Update: It's now been five weeks since the app was broken. Looking back through Play reviews I can see complaints about the business app opening on a blank page going back to February 2017. The response is always "Gosh! Everything looks fine on our end!" Unfortunately for my clients and myself I feel too entrenched with Schedulicity to quit at this point. I'm feeling resigned to never being able to enter appointments or use the app when I'm outside. I have an excellent phone on Android Oreo. It's absolutely maddening to go through such frustration and have to pay a monthly fee for it.
doesn't work a lot of the time! I've been using schedulicity for over 5 years. I used to love it. After the last few updates it's was slower on my and sometimes doesn't even open! Super frustrating!!! Thinking of switching to square.
Normally I love Schedulicity it's been really great but recently the app has been really terrible. Whenever I open it it's just been a white screen. If I need to access my account I have to use the browser. I do have an Android. Luckily I switched to another booking software back in March and don't have to deal with it much but if I was still using it daily I'd be much more upset.
So frustrating today! Ive had to inistall and reinstall 3 times and I STILL cant log in!!!!!!!! This is absolutely frustrating because I cant do ANYTHING for my clients without my service. If this continues I may have to find another scheduler. And Id really hate that because overall this is an amazing scheduler. I dont know what is being done in the update but its not working at all today
The app doesn't load very well when it opens - sometimes it doesn't load at all. Or it'll load and won't remember I'm signed into my business account and I'll have to restart the app. All while I'm trying to reschedule a client...
Super glitchy after updates. I've cleared the cache, logged out/logged in, even restarted my phone. But when I go to the appointments page the headers and the links disappear into a gray fog. This creates a massive problem when I need to let clients - who don't schedule online - know what my openings are, as well as scheduling when I'm on a mobile appointment.
The loading in this app is painfully slow, which is not ideal for a business owner(time=money). I understand there is a lot of information being stored and processed, I only wish it could be faster. Outside of this gripe, its an effective and highly useful app for me, as I typically rebook my own clients.
I never review apps but i just have to tell y'all about this one. Never ever loads. If it does, which is rare, it takes an eternity to do so. It always makes me panic because I can't see if I have new bookings and I cant see the times of my sessions already booked. I uninstall and reinstall constantly, go from wifi to data usage constantly and nothing works. I truly hate this app and would not use it on my own accord, but the rest of my salon uses it and I have no choice. Garbage.
It was always a little slow but since the last update it will not load, nor will it load on my co-workers or owners phones. we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. when I try to open it turns white but never loads and the only option is to Exit. I have cleared the cache too,, but it didn't fix it.
This app has changed my life! I used to book by pen and paper was very hesitant to switch over to online. But it is so easy to use and convenient. I finally now have time to consistently post to Instagram, and have a good chunk of my personal life back as well. 🤘😁
Worst scheduling app I have ever used. Freezes, logs out, doesn't show clients, deletes clients at random, can't create multiple time frames for multiple users, horrible interface. All in all a complete waste of time.
Slow, always says Snap! Communication error, even though its fully updated...raised the rates also they said because people are getting confused with all the different options so they are just going all inclusive. Im changing to massagebook. Less money, better options...like online intake forms emailed to your clients....ive been asking schedulicity for 5 years if they were going to do this...esp with their new rates. Same answer for 5 years...we are looking into it
this app strated off so well bewn with them for 4 plus years now. I would leave of my business did not depend on it. I doesnt work most of the time. I also been having my clients dropped from the schedule and then reappear once i book another person. I am truely thinking of walking away from it.
I've had the app for a few months now and it's all of a sudden stopped working. Tried updating, uninstalling, reinstalling, and restarting my phone in between all. The website is working but very slow.
I love this app... The only thing I would love to see is better integration with external calendars or a widget calendar for android use. I'm booked but I rely heavily on seeing it on my calendar with my other tasks.
The ease of the app is great. I see from another comment on 2/5 that there were issues but got cleared up. They have not been cleared up. I'm still having trouble and it's making bussiness difficult
White screen. I cannot access my schedule and i have a brand new phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. I cant get anything to work. I have used this app for 15 years or so and never had problems until feb. Helpppp
It's really slow to load anything, and the calander section on the app is bugging out. I cant even see what the date or day is other than the apoinments that are scheduled. I only downloaded this for the company I work with and if it were up too me I would choose a totally different app.
i had a phenomenal experience using it and managing my business on an Android but found that my business partner who uses Apple products struggled. Such a shame that the app doesnt look and behave the same for both Android and iOS. we unfortunately are looking for an alternative now.
Have not been able to log in on my phone since last update. Takes email address, then no password page. Impossible to find actual help from app. Bad form releasing an update without testing.
Great concept, but the Android app lags and freezes and has less features than the iPhone app. It's frustrating.
I have installed this app 4 times and it never opens or allows me to sign in and go further. Where I work uses it. I have worked there about 5 months and have yet to be able to check my schedule with this app.
Once again, the app doesn't work. I enter my email into the login, I think it's doing something, and then I'm right back at the initial login screen (didn't get to enter a pw). I know the email is correct as it works just fine in the web browser. It's great that the browser is an option, but there are cheaper apps out there that are more reliable. It is incredibly embarrassing to have to go through so many steps while a client is standing directly in front of you, trying to quickly schedule.
