I do love this app bc I am able to search for services and discover awesome small buisnesses that use this app that might've been hard to find using a search engine or social media. However, for the past month I have not been able to look at schedules at all. I tap the business I want to schedule from and it is just blank. I can rebook but they change the classes often so a lot of them aren't available. I can't even look at the schedule. Ive restarted phone & uninstalled>reinstalled app twice.
This app has not worked for the last month or so. It opens, but will not log me in or load anything that I can interact with.
so frustrating!!! good luck staying signed in! for an apo that is just for scheduling appointments i have to login EVERYTIME. Bonus, if i type in gym in my area, my gym doesnt show up. i have to go to my previous appointments to boom again. if there was any other way to boom my gym appointments i totally would. this app is terrible for being user friendly. good concept, but clearly the creators haven't used their own app.
I cant see my appointments in the app I have to log in online to see my appointment. Everytime I look I think my appointments have been canceled
I've been repeatedly trying to make an account, but it either tells me my password doesn't meet the requirements (which I've diligently made sure it does) or that my phone number is invalid, but it's my actual cell number. I've used this app at previous jobs and I didn't have a problem before. Just seem to be having trouble making an account.
My app keeps closing. I've send an error report. I've also uninstalled & reinstalled the app and its still not working properly. This is a major inconvenience. Before yesterday I had no issue with the app. Please help! 😑
Unweildy The app does what it's supposed to but what should take three steps seems to take seven and I have no patience for apps that seem to be bent on wasting your time. Having to book two children for the same class on multiple days per week per month - each child has to be booked separately, and each class has to be booked separately! there's a calendar function, why can't I pick multiple classes off the calendar and book in a group. Also ask me once about phone notifications and stop!
So far having difficulty signing in. I created my account in Chrome on desktop using a strong random password. Then I go to sign in here, long press to bring up Autofill, find the account, select, swipe my pattern to confirm Autofill, and the app shuts down and drops to the main launcher. Pixel 1 XL, Android 10. Will just have to enter password manually.
2 things need to be updated: 1) allow me to select multiple sessions to avoid starting over each time; and 2) birthdate should be month/day only OR allow me to manually enter the full date. Clicking the left arrow over 500 times to get to my birth year is crazy! Outside of those inconveniences, the app is fairly easy.
For Android this app sucks. Have an iPhone and can see my calendar and schedule on the app. Not on Android. Something for you to fix. What's the point in using the app on Android if the purpose of the app is for scheduling services and we can't see our schedules or the calendar in the app!? It's useless on Android!!!
Love this app for booking for my business but would like to see hour interval option for scheduling time off instead of just minutes. Also, my clients can't figure out how to "favorite" my business. Other than that, works how it should.
After the last update it doesn't work at all. There's just a loading screen turning but nothing ever loads (and this is with a good internet connection and my location on high accuracy)
This app works great for scheduling with my service provider. However appointments are no longer showing up on the calendar screen and it seems frozen showing only April and December 2019.
Terrible! I was having trouble with their site & thought the app might be easier. It turned out to be even worse.
I do not like that I cannot cancel my appointment an hour or two before my fitness class. Instead we all have to bother the instructor every time. She must get a ton of messages. Please change this back. Thanks.
As far as let me schedule my appointment with my hair stylist that works great but when I go to look up other stylist are things of that nature in my area it gives me trouble or won't search.overall I give that three stars because I'm at least get my appointment scheduled with my hair stylist and that's the main thing.
This is an app my Hair stylist @ Hair Elite uses to manage her appointments. So, I can go online and see when she is available to make my next appointment and make it right there online without direct contact to her and I get a confirmation. Very convenient!
Crashes when i am trying to schedule or change my scheduled classes. This started recently. Also, cumbersome when trying to book multiple classes in a weeks time.
Sucks. Useless basically. This should show me businesses like the fitness studios I book at instead of hair salons and food. Think like a user and make this friendly. Useless as it is now. December 2020 update no better search function. ONLY GIVES ME OPTION TO BOOK ONLY PREVIOUSLY TAKEN CLASSES. WHY NOT THE FULL SCHEDULE? ONLY REBOOK WORKING, NOT FULL SCEDULE. START OVER. TRY AGAIN TO BUILD A USEFULL APP. THIS AINT IT. New update makes me sign in everytime
App would just spin when opened, could not do anything really, force quit on itself a few times. We'll use the web page instead.
Glitchy, only works half the time. Either doesn't load or app stops working & has to shut down.
Every time I open this app, it crashes. I then need to reopen it and it's ready to use. It's... suboptimal.
So far, I'm totally in love. This is so easy, for my clients, myself. The team at schedulicity are always there to help you, and love the newletters.
having problems signing in to make an appointment. can not find where you sign up. I see signing in after, but not signing up.
Hasn't worked for me in at least 4 days. Hard to sign up for classes when all the app does is close on me every time I try and open it.
I can't even get set up. I tried to set up a profile and nothing saves. I tried to even login even though nothing was set up it says I'm logged in. logged out to login I go through all the steps and it just says not #myemailhere

Easy! I use this app to buy packages and sign up for or cancel classes at my local yoga studio and it's super easy to use!
This app is no longer working. Will not open
Over last month I was getting a token expired message and the app was unresponsive. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and was able to log in again. Working fine again now!
