Pretty easy to use and set up. Compared to other scheduling software not the most stream lined. You can't turn of reminders to clients. When I started using it I received several messages from clients complaining about how many times it messages them and the hours of the night they get them. I even tried turning off every alert I could and still didn't help.
I like this app a lot! There's a few things I'd like to see improved such as being able to flag certain people that don't show or are potentially threatening. I'd also like to adjust lead time per provider to maximize availability.
Schedulista has simplified my scheduling needs as a fitness trainer, and my clients love it because they're able to reschedule their training sessions without having to contact me. Also, the email and text messaging feature helps remind my clients of their upcoming appointment. Although in the very beginning I thought this was a little expensive, I now feel this is well worth the $20 a month for this great service.
This app works for the most part. There are a few specific functions needed that arent available. I need a block button, It needs a deposit option, it's too hard for my clients to cancel, it needs client profiles so I can leave notes. I wish they would update this app so that it functions easier because I like it for the most part. It hasn't changed in the 2+ years that I've used it, although it still functions better than other apps.
This app is very worth the price! I love the automatic text and email reminders. The customer service is also fantastic! If I have a question, they are quick to respond and very professional! Oh, and I love that my clients can schedule their own appointments on my website. Many times I am out and about when I receive a call or a message. Now my clients can look up the available schedule and book on their own. This app is a great time saver! :)
Its a best app ever but you need to put an option were you have to schedule an appointment for anyone in our contact list.
Easy to use and great features
Works wonderfully, but unfortunately doesn't show personal bookings in the month view. Someone else has mentioned it too. This has caused me to lose a few things as no dot meant nothing to do when in fact there was. Apart from that very happy, I just need to figure out how to add the book online button to my FB page and website.
The app is great, the only thing I would recommend is that the client has the option to receive a text notification of their appointment immediately after booking. It does it with the emails but I think a text notification would be good also just in case people don't have an email address or prefer not to use it much.
Overall I am happy with this app. BUUUUUT, I REALLY WISH THAT THERE WAS AN OPTION TO CONFIRM, RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL BUTTON IN THE NOTIFICATION MESSAGE
I love this application!! My customer base is 90% Hispanic so they feel comfortable to use it. Great job!!
I am a Yoga teacher and I am loving it so far. If there is a posiblility for improvement, I would like that my students could schedule more than 1 appointment at time, like all month appointments just clicking 4, 6 days at the Calendar. Because one by one is a little bit of time consuming, but so much better than before. Also, I would like to repeat an Appointment offer not just every monday, tuesday or every week, etc, but day 1, 7, 18, 23 for example. Thank you! 🙏
Great App - it's saved me so much time. Clients love the app, just wish you could book more than one service at a time that would be really amazing. I also agree that a block/ban function, to block individuals from booking would be great.
Customers love it. its far more easier than calling now to book.. few changes would like to see..
the overall program is good, and the help desk response is fantastic however they are glitchy with appointments. i got accidentally triple booked by the app. this was highly unprofessional so I opted to choose a different company after the trial was over.
I had it for months and it was working great all of a sudden everybody said there's crashed ao dud mine and now I cannot reload it I tried to delete it and re-download it and that doesn't work either. So frustrating!! It's for my work.
I love the app as it has simplified my life and giving me more time! it's not great for using as my personal calendar for other events and reminders so I'm struggling a little bit with having two calendars. My clients love it. Thanks so much
Horrible customer service. My app hasnot worked since i downloaded. It gives me notifications but will not show my schedule. Says i need to set up my bussiness online which i have done 3 times each time my app will work until i close it then goes back to not doing anything! Trued calling and emailing but no response. Its been over a week and this is outragous.would not recomend
This app has changed my business! It's made me more productive, has made it easier for my clients to book and change appts, and it paid for itself within days of it going live by allowing new clients to find and book with me. My only complaint is that I'm unable to charge clients from the app, so I have to wait until I'm home and can log into my laptop to close out my day. Also, Id like to have a 'block client' option and a wait list for clients who wish to be placed on it. Overall, I'm happy!
Great app. Very easy to use! I would love if the app allowed the option for clients to see how many spaces are left before and after they book. I gave 4 stars because the payment part is confusing. I do no like Stripe, wished they used a more familar payment process like paypal.
I would give 5 stars if the rolling time weren't so bouncy, and that I could access both of the salons schedules without having to change in settings. Overall, I think it's really easy to use, which I like.
Good app. The only thing that I wish is, I can modify the time display on the calendar. At the moment is defaulted to 30 minutes, if I can change it to 20 minutes that will be amazing
Only down side is that there is no invoicing option. Clients do love how easy it is to book using Schedulista. They love that they do not have to create an account to book an appointment. So helpful to have this app on my phone and iPad.
Best scheduling app out there. I own a barbershop and I am also a barber. This scheduler gives my clients the ability to make their own appointment with ease. I recommend this software to people all the time that have businesses that need to be scheduled.
A little fiddly to set up, but the wizards behind it were fab and on hand to help. Once set up, it just does what it needs to, no hassle no glitches and super easy for our members to use.
I just downloaded this so that my clients can book there own appointments. So far so good. My clients are loving it. Easy to use and very straightforward. I dont understand how people are rating this app a 2 or 3 star. The workers are super helpful and answer any questions you have. I'm on my trial, but will for sure be using this after my trial. 5 star from my clients and I! Thank you Matt from schedulista for answering the questions I had. Amazing app and amazing people!
It is a great app the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there should be an option to book a client in for multiple services at the same time not have to go in twice to do it. Other than that they have a great customer service if you need anything and emails are answered in timely manner.
I'm really impressed by how well this app works. It's easy to figure out, easy to use, sends reminders to practitioner and client 30 minutes prior. This is an amazing tool. 100% recommend for small businesses.
