This app does not work. It takes you to the enrollment page, and then after you input all of your information, the continue bar disables, and it will not continue. And there is no way to actually register, or contact anyone for help. So a useless app. I am not sure why it is even in the app store. Although the actual website does the same thing, so i am not surprised, just discouraged. And it makes me want to go in and cancel my Scheel's card. If this is the service I can expect from them.
App drops Biometrics after every update.. Re entering a modern password over and over gets old.. just use FNBO to manage your account this app is right next door to junk...
Update: customer service directed me to login options and to create an online banking account. That part was fairly easy. But how was I to know that.? Better directions/information would be helpful. I will now upgrade from a one star to a 3 star. Still needs easier accessibility. 1st experience - It tells you to download the app and log in with your user name and password....but no option to create an account....where are you creating the username and password?
Very good experience with this company all the way around. Helpful customer service, great app, great rewards! So happy I was able to get this card to help with repairing my credit. Had them for 8 months, zero hassle, and I would highly suggest to a close friend or family member! Keep up the good work!!
Very easy to use and quick to set up. I was very nervous after seeing the reviews but I notice most reviews are older. Current version is a piece of cake, and you can manage everything from payments, account settings, alerts, and see all transactions.
Kind of annoyed with the user ID set up. It didn't let me create an ID the first day without sending me back to the main screen. Today, I'm setting up my password and it limits the kind of symbols I can use with it. I think that it's pretty ridiculous to LIMIT the security on a password. On a small town business website, a school website, maybe a 2nd rate shopping site, I would expect this kind of thing. A multimillion dollar business with a VISA card? Just silly.
Useless if you cant log in. Made my account tried to log in right after. wrong Password. Try to make a new password and it wont send an email. So I call get a new password make sure everything is correct. Let's me log in on the website. 3 minutes checking things out it logs me out saying inactive. I was typing in the app how is that inactive. So I go to the app and try to log in and it doesn't work again wrong password how. Fix your app first bank.
Complete garbage. Created user Id and set password. Went to login and it takes you straight to change password. Can't do anything else. Tried to change password and it says system error. What a joke and waste of time
I would give this app a 5 as I honesty provides more information than the website itself. My problem is I am running Android 12 Beta. The app crashes now. I know it needs updated and will give 5/5. Update: 12 Beta 2 the app works now.
It's hard to get the simple tasks done without being forced to talk with an operator. Your points take forever to update.
As much money as they're making and this is their app? Sad. App asks to update my email every time I log in. Every time. It doesn't save it after i type it in.
Got the card, got the app, cant log in, uninstalled app, re loaded still nothing just error codes. Good first impression for this.
FIX....! After update I cannot even log in. Now I have to go to desktop view. Mobile app is now broken??? This used to be decent app. Please fix
App stopped working after latest update. Again. So now I can't pay bills and will have to pay a late fee. Again...
App is horrible. Trying to change password never sends email. Seen others havingsame issues. Dont use card anymore because of this
Hahaha try and login to this. Get told get the first national bank updated app. That app also doesn't work. Scheels whatever you pay first national bank for this type of tech... stop. this app is broken and no online banking works for 3 weeks so far for first national of omaha
App has become useless. Now constantly says not on a secure network and closes automatically.
This app is horrible. Keep saying there needs an update when it doesn't. If you have an android I guess you're just SOL.
I had to uninstall the app and now I can't download it again. Been trying off and on for a few weeks.
I just recently got a card, the login worked for 2 days and now all it says is error. When will this be fixed? I'd like to be able to look at my account
I put the correct code in multiple times and will not allow me to sign in.

Doesn't remember username and no fingerprint option.
Cant use to make a payment but i can see my balance.

Working once again. Great app.
More than enough times to count.. I am unable to sign in. Just keeps loading and no explanation. No problem with other banking/visa/mastercard/etc apps when this happens. It is a glitch with this app specifically
