Schlotzsky's Lotz4Me Rewards

The rewards are great. However, NEVER combine orders with a free REWARD. You do that and you will NOT get reward points for the actual money you spent on this purchase. This is my second time doing this and I did not get reward points for a $21 purchase. The first I did that I spent $60 and I used a reward for a free small drink. Did not get a reward barcode on my receipt because I was getting a free drink. Shlotzsky's, you have to fix this!!!!

Great food terrible app. Everytime I try and order I get an error. The one time it does load a list of stores I can't select any store then error and I have to reboot my phone to be able to log in again. You guys might want to invest in some mobioe devs to fix this thing.

App is ok but some basic issues...can't order a sandwich with a drink & chips. You can have one or the other, but not both. Had an offer, said click here to order, clicked and offer did not apply.

This has to be the hardest app to negotiate on the phone. If you have a reward, you can't access that from the Order page. If you want to use a reward, I don't see how you can add to that item. Every time I go on the app I can't do anything until I tell it where I want the order to go, even though I always use the same Schlotzsky's and have tried to make that a carry-over item from one order to the next. Doesn't seem to be possible.

App takes me all the way to enter payment information and then there is no other choice except to go back. Ended up having to call it in. Also when you add ingredients to your sandwich, there again is no other choice but to go back, which takes you to start over with your order. I hate this app.

Cannot get logged in. I have installed and uninstalled the app numerous times turn my phone on and off numerous times still cannot get the app to work. My points are expiring as of today December 20th. I am done with Schlotzsky's rewards!

Easy to use app. It's nice now to have the phone scanned at the counter instead of scanning the barcode on the receipt, but that option is still available.

Free sandwich makes it worth the hassle. Kind of hard to easily see what you have selected because of the small purplish checkmark but otherwise good.

Wednesday pizza BOGO offer is available in the app, but its very cumbersome to use, and then tries to charge full price at checkout. Much easier to just order in the store. Uninstalled.

Man, what an awesome app. Very responsive, very neatly organized, and has options that are missing in some of the other restaurant apps I use.

Interface looks decent, everything else, especially implementation is terrible. Checkout never reflects promo adjustments, delivery is hit and miss, mostly miss. I've had terrible instances where the app says no delivery to my area when it worked shortly before, or I select delivery, but defaults to pick up after checkout and I had to call the store to cancel my order.

Not exactly user friendly. At some point it works, and you rack up some points. But then, it stops working. Like a few weeks ago, when I try to use my birthday promo for a free sandwich. Conveniently, the app wouldn't work, claiming some kind of GPS error preventing it from redeeming. So I wind up buying my lunch, and then a few weeks later it tells me all my points are about to expire because I haven't been by anytime lately. Well fine then. I'll go somewhere else. 😔

Update: bogo works if you don't pick the pepperoni one. previous: Wednesday BOGO pizza offer doesn't work. Either tries to charge for both, or the one time it made it to the payment screen, crashed when I hit the pay now button

Fairly good app. Slightly confusing on how to use. Also scrolling with a frame that hides some content.

Tried to redeem rewards for a free small sandwich. Supposedly available online or in store. Online (app) In press redeem and get error message. Drive 7 miles to get in-store it won't allow it to be redeemed that way either. Staff is useless.

I couldn't place my order without choosing to add or take away an item on my sandwich. I had to order and pay at the window. The cashier literally couldn't count. She said, " I'm terrible at math" YOU HAVE ONE JOB, TO COUNT MONEY. WOW

The app is ok any problems I had was resolved. Couldn't enter a receipt manually so I sent an email and they credited my account.

I can never access the bar code to scan for points at the restaurant, and their promotional offers usually don't work either.

Big improvement from when last reviewed. Their updates have fixed about every problems there was, except for that it doesn't apply the discount for Wednesday BOGO pizza. It lists the discount on the site but even at checkout it doesn't apply, but rather wants to charge full price. Other than that- largely improved (but be careful when pressing the "back" arrow on your phone: it will take you back further than you'd probably like.)

This app is terrible. I love the food, don't get me wrong. My receipt said promotion, get the app and you get "xyz"... i have tried for a few hours now making an account and it doesn't work/ keeps crashing. I'm on a Samsung note 10+. I've tried on and off wifi. Very disappointing. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

The app works fine for ordering, no crashes, etc. I gave 2 stars because for some ridiculous reason you can't use gift cards with the app. Seriously, this is 2022...

It's not good for ordering on Wednesdays BOGO pizza. It doesn't deduct the prize of one pizza. Also, when you try to redeem the rewards in the store, it gives an Oops error.

This app has helped me get so many rewards and so many great meals and desserts. If I had not downloaded the app, I would have missed so much.
