The app is a good tool to check loads and booking while your away from the desktop but it's been lagging alot lately. Not refreshing pages and loading pages for a long time. Keeps force stopping I have to keep logging in. There are some features that I like but there are so many things that need to be worked out .. even if it is a free app , I would pay for an app that had more up to date features and was more savy . To say the last update was 2018 . I think it's high time for some changes
I find the app prety good, I've read most of coments and I don't experiance the problems most are stating. my wife is able to search and book loads from home or when travelling as a passenger. yes the mileage are off at times, but that's because houshold movers guide is used zip Code to zip code. I have actually forgotten how to use the web browser site as I use this app exclusively, it's simple easy to read and quick. one feature I do miss is the ability to search multiple state destinations.
Should allow fingerprint or pin login. Should not have the log off button located in the same place as the home button. Should save last 5-10 cities typed in. Should be able to show 20-50 loads per page. Preassignments should show trip number in the rate info tab so that they can be screenshot together. Should be able to sort by pickup date/time or delivery date/time. The app just feels outdated and not super user friendly. A laptop is still the better method for booking loads
i prefer this version over the computer version, more features would make it great like setting confirm load as default and not both. The trailer feature was a great move and more updates or features like this one would be awesome.
Worst app ever to log onto! Have to repeatedly tap login to get it to move. Extremely slow to load EVERYTHING!!! EVERYTIME!!! Sunday: Most inefficient coding I have ever experienced. Practically no graphics but takes FOREVER to load simple text pages. I assume Schneider actually paid somebody to program this ridiculous app? Did some middle school kid program this? Or the same people that did Windows 8/10?
I'm giving this app a 3 star due to the fact it's gotten better. But some things need help for instance the miles are off, ETA is off, and it keeps asking if I'm driving even when I'm sitting on my couch at home. maybe let us update our times through the app.
Love the app. It has everything need to keep my truck business going. When I did have issuse, i called the 800 for Schneider tech support and they help me resolved the problem issuse. Some of the time, it just poor signal in the area I'm in. Go to another parking spot and it works just fine. 👍 FYI: you can log in through Chrome and watch the training videos now, I do that on my phone. I have an Android phone. Definitely a plus 🙂 thank you Schneider.
Need to add save username and password option. Very painful to enter un&p almost every time. other than that app is very lite and simple but need little more speed.
Worked fine at first but the last few days it sucks, I keep logging in and it will open and as soon as I click on a tab it automatically closes and stops...not good at all if your trying to run a Business...
just downloaded it to check it out. 2 minutes later window pops up asking if I'm driving, because it detects movement. amazing that it can detect the earth moving through space (sarcasm)
this app is awful. i dont use the app because the mobile site is identical and both the mobile and desktop versions are unbearably painful to use. why cant we update our ETAs from the app? you can update your NAT. between randomly being kicked off the app or it just not working is a miracle i can actually book loads at all. its very clear Schneider does not have the money or skill to actually pull off decent online capabilities. your app is trash. simply put. hire a real tech guy.
it sucks can't multitask on open windows to slow and buggy get rid of it and give us back the mobile website runs better.. my girl can't book fright because I'm always driving
My only complaint is how much of a lag it has when you try to login or when you press a button. currently it wont even let me login at all. shuts down after i enter my information.
Great app when it works. Freezes a lot. IT takes app down at least once per day. App hasn't been updated in 3 yrs.
Usual slow log in process, now app keep crashing after login try. This is a multi billion dollar, publicly traded company, please invest in a better working app. O/O depend on this app.
Too slow to update. Should be able to update eta's and available hours in app. Other than those limitations, it serves its purpose.
App has started showing loads for dates not selected, and has gotten buggy, force closing randomly after opening search repeatedly.
Used the load board app for 8 months. Worked just fine. Booking loads and making deliveries. Great app. Thanks.
Pretty good app, just wish it allowed you to take the quizzes, instead of having to go desktop mode.
app is constantly freezing and crashing for a very important app that is used daily it should be running better then this fix it
Glitches and doesn't work sometimes, overall its an ok app. Works better on laptop.

There is no icon so it's hard to find on my phone. App sucks but so does the company!
My icon is a blank white square. Is there something I can do ? I have reinstalled it twice with no change.
Worst app I have used from any company. Website isn't better. They need to invest more into the app and website.

It has been downloading for hours now with no progress. As someone new to the Schneider family of owner operators, this is pretty disheartening!!

There power only department is horrible they send rate as just email wen i called for help rate con as pdf they refused
I've just read most of the reviews and one complaint has been here for years. Constant crashing or minutes-long loading times for a page. When searching for a load it's not uncommon for it to take 2 or 3 minutes for the next page to load. That is, if it doesn't give me the message that I'm not connected to the internet, which of course I am. The other issues are irritating but I can live with them. But to constantly have to restart the app multiple times just to find a load is unacceptable.
