School Connect

Most of the time have to uninstall and reinstall the app to receive the message/lecture sent on the app. And everytime the app is uninstalled and reinstalled, all the data from the previous months is lost. Thus making it impossible to access the previous messages/lectures/notices sent by the school. Please correct these issues in your next updates.

App is not working after adding child. I have to uninstall and reinstall to check the messages. Once I closed and open it again, app stucks at first blue colored page and nothing is shown. Please fix the bug and release the stable version

The app is not intuitive it lacks lot of design best practices. Also after payment I was unable to download the receipt. It simply opens up I browser click on save but it never works Instead it should download directly from app itself. Another thing there is no settings tab for user to chose preferences User or child profile option missing, what all it has is payments option and that's it. Annoying part is for every piece of Information the app has a document attached ..

Past few days the app has not been working properly. The attachments are not opening as PDF. Hence, unable to print. As my phone auto updates, the link for updating only goes to play store and option for uninstalling or opening comes.

Pathetic App. Keep on getting repeat notifications/alerts of old messages (every half n hour). Also while opening the alerts, App stops, with the error. Now I ignore these unwanted repeat messages / stopped opening 90% of school connect alerts. Minus -10 rating for the App & for the makers.

I don't understand what the problem is. Whenever I click an attached file (video,pdf etc.) it doesn't opens or shows file is damaged or corrupted. Please fix this issue soon.

It needs a lot of Improvement to be done As It should automatically show that new messaged Arrived... By not swiping it............ And plz change that ringtone while afternoon it disturbs everyone's sleep............ Issue to be resolve as fast as possible........... After that the can be called a professional school App for the students...... Thanks, Regards.

Many features not available on iphones. Not to mention that even on Android phones, the upload option doesn't work. File upload fails repeatedly. No matter how many tries are made.

Needs a lot of improvement. I have two children logged in the same app. And when ever I try and download assignments or notes of my second child it automatically switches to the login of my first child. Please improve.

Earlier it was working correctly but today some glitch came that when I am trying to enter the userID and password to log in, it's just showing "something went wrong". I don't know why. But I as a student not able to log in.

The app is good but some times it takes a long time to open and sometimes it doesn't respond hence needs to be uninstalled and and re installed again.This things shoud ne improved.

I have updated the App already. However, everytime I open the app and refresh it for new messages, it says "UPDATE NOW". Whereas the play store says no update available. Kindly fix this issue.

Notification updates are seen only when the app is opened. The notifications should give alert like our incoming messages. This looks like small thing but it matters much more!

Had an efficient experience with the app uptil now. The Pdf download was working very well until Saturday. Yesterday after updating the app I am unable to download pdf attachments. Please resolve this issue.

Much more times I have reported to this app bt uh people are not sloving my problem I always get some messages in this app and when I open it it says as "user not valid" many a times I have reinstall it but It shows no changes plz slove this problem coz it's very important even if I get message also it comes so late tht it also makes a nonsense...... always tht notification comes which when tapped says user not valid plz slove this 😣🙏

Very poorly designed and developed app. Struggled for more than 15hrs to pay fees. Whole payment portal was broken. Customer care phone was unreachable. They fixed the problem however with flaws.

Still needs lots of improvements, once logged in it does not show recent activities, the refresh button inside the app is of no good, You have to completely log off and login again to receive new updates/activities, Kindly fix this bug as soon as possible in your future updates 0

Ya it is a good aap to understand and all but it would be better if we get to divide the videos subject wise ... Then it will be easier to search for the videos otherwise it is a nice aap

Horrible app. The links are not opening at all. And the interface of this app is not at all user friendly.

I am not able to open some links and watch those videos. When I try to open it, it says "this file is large to preview" . Please help me with it , otherwise the app is awesome.

It is very bad aap it always shows some new message whenever I refresh it but never shows the the new message it just show the the message abd sometimes it shows something went worng and if i logout account it doesn't allow me to login again

This app is not working on my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. The moment I turn it on it shuts down automatically. It's crashing again and again

The older version was better; this is having problems while viewing i cant see the recent update everytime; looks quiet messy.

This app is very essential for all school, this is make a connection bridge between parents/student with school guide lines, by this app we easily collect our childrens progress, attendance or homework . thanks cjchs for make this.

This app is really very informative way of delivering messages but still I am disappointed 😞😞 sometimes it can't download some of the important files of school ,hoping that you will understand my problem and will upgrade the school connect app . 👍👍

i receive the alert that therr is a new notifications.. however on the app there is no new notification.. i have last notification from January. i.tried uninstall and reinstall the app but it didn't work.

Every bad features . file dont open , forget about the iphone users even the people who use android phone have many problems . Not worth giving one star also. Most of the time it shows ‘ school connect has stopped report ' 💩💩💩💩👎👎👎👎👎
