App no longer works. Receive notifications but unable to navigate within the App, so the App is pretty much useless. As per advice from developer it does work turning device to landscape. How are users meant to know that? Are tgey going to fix issue. Shame you cant give a rating of less than one.
Great app, allows you to find everything going on in the school easily and in 1 place. Great support assistance too if you're having any issues with the app.
Worked fine, however half the app cant be used, im guessing thats a problem at our school.
This is perfect for working parents, to have this info in an app. Great thinking Australia!
It was working and then stopped working saying waiting for push services again.. will wait and see if start working again tomorrow... still not working..afer 2 days... try again tommorrow

Access- how come it only lets me add one school yet I need tp access two. Doesxthis mean i have to pay for the extra school
Requires credit card - why would I pay for newsletters that can be emailed to me for free??
the ux feels like its just not been tested.

Not able to see any menus for notes, newsletters etc. Where did it go?
All previous menus allowing access to newsletters, notes etc are no longer present - can you please fix this?
Can someone please fix this i carnt read and letters sent home on this app as theres no menu bar please help its been like tnis for ages

All news comes as PDF, so not readable on a phone screen. They really need to look into phone friendly ways of publishing. I'm sure they exist.
The update is an improvement, but it is very difficult to print pdfs as the school still wants hard copies returned. Having an option to send the document by email for printing would be a helpful addition.
Have not tried many of the functions but after doing the update things are much snappier. Interface looks better too. It's been a long overdue update for android users, please keep the progress coming for android (not so long between updates though)
Push alerts work very nicely and app provides easy access for parents to newsletters, notes and calendar. The other 1 and 2 star reviews are out of date.
Have to download a pdf each time. Needs to have searchable content shown as updates not entire newsletters.
I like it. I love it! So convenient and easy to access all my school info.
Waste does not show my school
The usability of this app is pretty bad. As another old review mention, the buttons do unexpected operations, the back button closes the app for some reason, it's impossible to read and follow old notification. Such lack of attention makes me wonder if developers are really using the app or even listening our feedback. The dark blue theme doesn't help the reading either.
A nice simple and easy app to be able to have my sons school newsletters at my fingertips as most children don't give you the newsletter in their bag straight away.
Can't view anything that the school posts anymore as all menus that allowed access to newsletters, notes etc have disappeared. Also receiving constant error messages and app closes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has helped - PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS!!
