- We store the last 3 school menus you viewed, so you don’t have to keep finding them again.

It works, but it's not very optimized, or pleasant to use. The back button does not work on Android and instead causes the user to exit the app. All the menus are confusing and not particularly concise and, it is hard to find what you are looking for, though that may just be my school's fault....
I loved this app, until I got a new phone. I then had to add the school again. Everytime I tried searching for any school in the district, it was unable to find it. I uninstalled, restarted my phone. Still unable to find my school. When I go to the school site, it opens right up. But unable to access through app. So disappointed. Used this app every morning. Update: Nutrislice got back to me very quickly and the situation was resolved. So happy to have the app working.
Ok app. I have to use it if I want to eat at work. It doesn't have a way to favorite an order. It also doesn't flow at the checkout process like other apps do. It takes multiple steps to checkout, all involve going back to the cart before you can perform each action.
I love this app. One suggestion is when viewing my kids menu it only has the date (example Sept 19th). I have to toggle between my calendar and the app to see the day of the week. Probably a super simple fix on your end but would be so helpful if it included the day. Example Wednesday Sept 19th.
Literally the most frustrating app I'v ever used. It's impossible to order more than a day in advanced unless you're picking up. But if you need delivery because you work full time the damned thing defaults to pickup every single time you do anything and clears your cart. So you have to go in and order individual meals for individual students for individual days and be absolutely 100% sure you've chosen delivery before you do anything and if you forget because you chose delivery before picking t
I have loved this app in the past, however with the new update I am unable to open the school lunch menu. Just keeps loading with the new logo. I have a galaxy s9+ please help. I would love to go on and give you guys a great review as I have never had any problems before these changes were made.
Can't see the menu for the month. Put my email in 3 times and never received the menu via email either. What a waste. I'm all for saving paper but at least give me an option that works. And if you don't work on mobile then might as well not even launch the app.
No explanation is provided on what is being requested during the setup. It is a nice feature to be able to save the school but the overall usability is clunky. Also why are entree sides listed as individual entrees?
This app is not completely functional, as I can't place an order. I created my account, visualized the menu, but can't add a meal to my cart. I had to go on the website on a computer to place my order.
Nutrislice was great for knowing the daily menu options for the kids! Helped us plan ahead if we had to pack or buy lunch. The photos are not accurate, however. They don't serve things that nicely at school obviously. We don't consume beef products so knowing what type of meat and other ingredients were being served would have been helpful. There were a few glitches with loading. Even more issues opening with Amazon Alexa. Unfortunately SPS no longer uses Nutrislice.
Unable to print the current menu. App closes when I hit the print button. One month later and still the same issue. Is there an update in the works to fix this?
Was a great app but now everytime I try to open it it takes me to an error page and I have to uninstall then reinstall to get the app to work. I work for OPAA so it was handy to have at the ready when it does work.
app isn't opening at all. have tried checking in the last few days, & can't bring anything up on the screen. it's a blank screen when i click on the app. tried uninstalling, then reinstalling. no luck
Nothing works, can't cancel order. Can't contact anyone, just closes app every. time. Frustrating, just want to cancel my son's order since he's not feeling well. Nobody to contact, no option to cancel in order history and drop down menu
Very helpful! Great interaction and options in the app, except there should be a "back" option to go to the previous page you were on.
Inaccurate menus. It's not that the menus are outdated, but that they don't even contain the full menu of anything.
The most worst thing I have tried they messed up my order and I am mad especially is the last day of the semester and I ordered noodles but they put rice instead dont try this
It keeps crashing. I haven't been able to see my info since October.
This app is nice WHEN IT LOADS!! Most of the time I can't access any menu but yet contact says I'm connected to my school district but app doesn't list any of my favorites ( elementary or preschool)! Please explain why. I've even tried deleting app and re downloading. Still did not help
This app was clearly designed by someone who's never seen an Android device before and tested by no one at all. The back button always exits? Really? The school could have had a class of 4th graders develop a better app than this.
Can't even bring up the application, keep crashing. Doesn't support auto reset of password, when calling to reset, nobody picked up the call even within normal business hours.
I love it! I belive 90% of the bad reviews are from user error. My son has a lot of allergies and I assumed he would never be able to eat at school. With this app I can see what he is able to eat. It is so awesome. I love it! Thank you for making it so easy!! I wish more places used this app!!
Haven't been able to log into my account, I've deleted and reinstaled multiple times and still doesn't work, my wifi is fine and all other apps work fine on my phone
Go to print the menu for my children's school and the app crashes. Doesn't even give an option to send a bug report either.
Edit: No information is being provided for any school in Miami Dade County. So you're saying that no school is updating their menus? Seems to me like an issue with your service and not the schools. Original post: the app stopped showing daily menus for elementary schools.
Nice to have an app to quickly see whats for lunch, but please get acurate pictures of the food that is served. The pictures on the app look NOTHING like what is served. If parents could see real pictures that would help them to choose wether to pack or buy.
Pretty good for finding carb counts for the diabetic students i dose at schools. I wish it would also list carb counts for fruits and veggies that change every day though.
